Just want to say thank you to Shannon, Michael Glasgow, in the Service Dept. Salesman Cowboy Everett, Adrian, Doug Menees in Finance and the management staff at Patriot Dodge of McAlester. We purchased a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 truck from them during their Grand Opening celebration 2/16/18. We had several problems with it the day we test drove it. Cowboy came to our rescue and they had the truck towed back to the dealership. He stayed with us to make sure we were okay and the truck was safely back at the dealership. The service department was very professional and took care of all the problems that developed with the truck. We were not charged for any of the repairs. We are so grateful for all the staff that worked on the truck. We purchased the truck for our grandson for his 16th birthday. He now has his standard transmission that and is so happy. Thank you Patriots for making our grandson so happy to have a safe and reliable truck that he will enjoy for many years. May God Bless each of you that helped make his dream come true. We got our EQB 300 with Pinnacle trim in September and we love it. It is easy to drive and has excellent performance for our needs. You can drive this car with one foot and rarely have to apply the brakes until you need to stop. Handles well at high speeds.

I was driving with my daughter home from college in her 2007 Trailblazer. The tranny seemed to be going out as we arrived in town late at night. We went to Nix the following morning to see if we could get a fix to limp home, but what I thought about the tranny was confirmed. The tranny was dead. It could probably be swapped out with a salvage tranny by a small independent shop for less than what I was quoted for a new one at the dealer. Regardless, time was short and I didn't have the resources to fix it so far away from home. Options were limited, but they had a 2016 Equinox on the lot and I had a trade in with a bad tranny. Being on the road passing through, I was afraid I might get my eyes poked, but in fact Nix made a very fair offer and helped me get on my way. It cost more than I would have liked to have spent, but again, the deal was very fair. Paperwork and logistics were worked out and we were rolling before lunch. We made it home in time for dinner and my daughter has a much newer ride which gives me peace of mind while she is away. I believe the folks at Nix recognized my situation and instead of taking advantage of me, helped me and my daughter get on our way. I am very thankful to them and how they assisted us during this stressful moment.

I own a 2017 Tesla Model S. It's literally the best car I've ever owned. I have driven it 157,000 miles and haven't done a thing to it except change tires. ZERO maintenance! No more oil changes, fluid flushes, belts, filters, nothing. I haven't even needed new brakes because the car slows it's self down so I rarely even touch the brakes. It cost me $400 to have my electrician put the proper outlet in my garage. I charge from home while I sleep. I am never inconvenienced by having to go to the gas station. No more pumping gas, getting gas on my hands, nothing, dripping down my car. I will NEVER own an ICE engine again. Couldn't be happier and will never go back. If you aren't sure, trust me, you will love every minute of driving this car and you will save money doing it.
