I was very pleasantly surprised that Christian was doing a video of servicing my car! He was very efficient and courteous and completed the service as promised on time. Parts were ordered and he called me today that they were in the shop as soon as I was able to come back and they would install these parts. Another young gentleman took a letter that I had received and call the number and it was determined I did not need their service! I would recommend Rountree Kia to anybody and everybody!

I actually really like Lake City Buick service dept. Not only are they friendly but they go out of their way to make you feel at home . Robbie is always straight up on what needs to be done to my truck, I pass two dealerships I used and never get the service like Lake City gives. I drive 80 miles to get my service work done there. Ok, good car. Lots of great reviews online. We have a GT and let me say the biggest issue is technology. Tesla has set a high bar with customers. I expect EVs to fully integrate with mobile and to require less to do more. Kia is truly bombing here. Smart Key? About as difficult to setup as can be. Second Driver? It’s like Kia didn’t know the concept existed. Interconnected Experience? Kia Connect Reps don’t have my name or address, yet the app does? Online Experience, different architect, limited features, slow. It took two hours to get me and my wife setup. I gave up on the keys.

I feel I must update my review from last month as Kia finally replaced the Power Relay Assembly and everything works perfectly now! Lucky that it presented as AC not blowing cold air. The car is an absolute pleasure to drive. We're planning a long road trip over Thanksgiving looking forward to using the Tesla supercharging network.

Our 2016 Honda Pilot broke down driving form Nashville to Orlando. The service department was awesome and got the repairs done quickly. They were very honest and kept us informed during the process. I highly recommended them!!

The is the FUTURE of automobile transportation! Absolutely FABULOUS car! No more gasoline, no more scheduled maintenance. If you hit the accelerator hard, you'd better have your head against the headrest or you may be injured. Zero to 60 mph in 3.5 seconds for my 2022 Model Y Performance. Fast charging Tesla Superchargers are always available across the country making long, cross country road trips a pleasure. At home I can charge 300 miles of range over night for $8 of electricity. Yes $8! Super Chargers cost more, but the speed and convenience is well worth the costs on road trips and it's still a fraction of the price of gasoline. I honestly look forward to getting into this car and driving it. I've owned a Mustang, BMW M3 and 5 Series, a Porche, Jaguar, Mercedes SL550, and many more cars. None were as fun to drive as the Tesla Model Y Performance. This is the future of automobile transportation and getting better every day.

My wife and I live in Jacksonville, so naturally we looked around at the Honda dealerships here. Not finding a positive connection, we looked online and showed interest in a Fit that Lake City had. Not only did they outperform and out price ANY dealer in Jacksonville, they treated us like friends. They didn't sell us a car...they sold us on them. purchased used with 2,200 miles. At first, I hated it, I've never had an all-electric car and the batter was dead. Luckily they sent someone to jump it. I was still thinking it was a mistake, until I actually drove it and got to know it and learn it. Drives totally different than my corvette. Now I like the Tesla better than my 650hp corvette. It hugs the road like nothing, takes off like a bat out of xxxx. I felt safe and comfortable hitting the pedal to the floor and feeling the rush of this thing taking off and just hanging on to that jet style steering wheel.

I worked with Tony to buy a used Nissan Rogue and got a great deal! Low miles but a way better deal than buying a new one.

Charging has turned out to be easier than expected, but haven't taken for long trip yet. Great acceleration and got over 440 miles on first 100% charge when delivered. Did get RST version so list price was higher than what is listed here.
