Schyler, Zach and the entire Front Royal Buick GMC team were amazing! I flew down with my wife to purchase a pre-owned vehicle from them, and they couldn't have been more professional. Both were super polite, patient and answered all of our questions. They took the time to prep paperwork ahead of our arrival, knowing we we're out of town, so that the purchase could be expedited. They didn't markup the price like so many dealers do once we arrived, it was the advertised price, tax, title and processing fee out the door. It's always nerve-racking buying a vehicle over the phone and not being able to test drive first. Schyler made sure to inspect it thoroughly and let me know of the few minor cosmetic issues it had. Had an incredible experience at this store buying a mustang. I called them up and spoke with Melissa in sales and was quickly helped to confirm the car in stock. I live 2 hours away so we went ahead and did multiple steps over the phone and email. Devin the sales manager was great to work with, Tom the finance guy got everything arranged prior to the visit. I arrived in the afternoon, vehicle was detailed, gassed up, and the paperwork began. They gave a fair number on my trade. Everyone in the store was pleasant and great welcoming crew. Chris the general manager introduced himself as well and made us feel at home. Nice facility. Before long i was on my long drive home in a brand new stang! this is our second ford purchase and couldn't be happier!

My wife picked up the top of the line version used a year after it was released for under 40K. We have a level 2 charging system in place at home as we anticipated getting one EV. We immediately did a road trip from Denver, Colorado to upper state New York. I knew enough about EVs to know we'd be taking our time and learning as we went. We had some close calls as new EV owners, but always made it to our next level 3 charging station. We made it through some flooding roads in Chicago and our return trip was even faster as we'd learned much from the drive out. I loved the car so much I found the exact make and model (different color) and bought it six months later for under 30K. I wouldn't recommend anyone else road trip unless you've got time to stop frequently, but I use this daily to and from work as well as local excursions. I've had many vehicles over the last 30+ years and this is the nicest, most intuitive & fast (never leaving Eco Mode). I think the reason many are currently hitting the market and substantially lower prices than that initial $48K is most likely a leasing situation, so take advantage of the prices dropping on these very rewarding EVs.

Criswell Ford set the bar across the board for a perfect remote experience. From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry on their website and their sales people were not only responsive, but extremely kind. They assisted me with walking me through the entire process. I drove 2 hours away sight unseen to this vehicle and it was absolutely FLAWLESS. They sent the car out for detail, waited until closing to hand me the key, and asked me if I had any questions before I pulled off. Driving it few days later. Absolutely LOVE my mustang. 1 month in and really enjoying the car. Very comfortable and quiet. The ride is smooth and pretty responsive for a true 3 rom suv. Charging has been easy and can use any fast charging stations. Home charge is very easy. Set the time, plug it in and all charged by morning. The range is holding pretty true. Using air-conditioning and cooling seats on the highway will drop the estimated range but I still did 270 miles I am 6'5" and I can fit in the 3rd row and have someone my size in front of me. The electronics are all their and using the auto hold a lot.

We've had our Vistiq Sport for only a couple weeks - so I'm sure our view will evolve. Lots of positive things to say - performance, room, handsome (not gorgeous...it's no Aviator or Land Rover) design in and out, great range (we are seeing 330+ range), features for money, good visibility and appreciate the vegan 'leather' seats. It is, however, hard to master the infotainment system - super frustrating. The lack of Apple CarPlay is missed more than I imagined (does not seem like a sustainable strategy). Perhaps once we are able to drive it without having to hit enough buttons as if we were re-tasking a drone our love for it will grow.

Wow! This was the best experience in purchasing a vehicle my husband and I have ever had! I bought my first new car in 1977 if that tells you how long I have been buying cars! Matt was so fantastic! I love my KIA Soul EV , this is my 3rd KIA vehicle and I kinda feel bad for saying this is my favorite. I have loved each of them. Each KIA vehicle has a personality of it's own, I Highly suggest to go test drive each or the type you are interested in, then decide what is your favorite, and go for it. You will not go wrong owning a KIA. KIA of Savannah is wonderful.

The salesman, Jason was excellent and transitioned my vehicle tradein, the test drive, and the final purchase in a professional and friendly manner. The dealership presented an understanding and openess to work with me, on my first real "new" vehicle purchase in over 25 years. Service Department Staffing could be a lot better , very hectic , and busy & loud , we?ve always been happy having our cars serviced here , but there really needs to be someone available to go out to the car , so I can show them exactly what the issue is ( not to receive a phone call later that day to say they can?t duplicate the problem that I brought it in for , ) other than that , they do a fine job of performing the work correctly the first time, ( and again it depends on part availability) but other than that everything else is good

I bought a 2024 Rally which is the highest trim in a Mach E . It is very fast and fun smooth on the highway and can be driven on a dirt track as well as used as an every day vehicle. My only complaint is the range could be a little better and charging should be faster because the vehicle is already in its 4th year of production other than that as a long time EV owner I love the car after a month of ownership.

I really love this car. It looks great, is very fast, and is all-around fun to drive. The one-pedal braking is the best feature, IMO. Would purchase again.
