We couldn?t find the red Honda CR-V Sport Touring anywhere, but this team went above and beyond to locate one and bring it into town for me. Other places said it would take 3?4 weeks, but they got it done right away. I had totaled my previous CR-V and was able to walk away safely ? we knew it was a well-designed, reliable car. This time, we chose the red Hybrid, and we love it. Our salesperson, Collin, and our finance manager, Hamin, were fantastic. Pickup day was quick, smooth, and completely stress-free. The staff could not have been better. They did not play games. they knew what they were talking about. They offered me more for my trade than 4 other St. Peters / West / South County Dealers included Lou Fusz, Bommarito and Sinclaire. They stayed late to get it done and even went to buy batteries for my remote. They also have the FOREVER warranty that is amazing bumper to bumper as long as you own the car. Totally worth the drive. These guys were so easy to work with. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They even have concierge service for free including bringing you a rental even for routine maintenance! You won't find a better deal, better people, or better service in St. Louis...maybe anywhere. Can not say how impressed I am with these folks. Admittedly, have not had this vehicle for very long, but I am very impressed. And I am difficult to impress. Previous vehicle was an ‘18 RAM 1500 with V8 Hemi. It was fun, powerful, loud, and I enjoyed sitting up high. Two weeks in the Ariya, and I don’t miss it. I have the AWD version, and this thing moves at the frequency I think. I mean, you see a space in traffic you want to get to, check blind spots and BAM, you’re there. Handling is crisp and tight, remaining so at highway speeds. Bumps handled like a luxury mobile of 2X the cost. Cabin is quiet, spacious, and does not feel cheap. Tons of features, power everything. Screen bootup is rapid and has my tunes going by the time I’m buckled in and have my glasses switched to my sunglasses. Heads up display tells everything I need, and well positioned. Charging so far has not been an issue in the least. Installed a ChargePoint charger in my garage, and it’s easily setup and controlled through their app, so it charges on schedule according to my utility provider’s preferred charge time, giving me a break on the electricity used to charge it. All told, I’ve spent $6 over 2 weeks and 500 miles. Truck would have cost me a tank, or 30 gallons of gas for same distance.

After searching all over a 500 mile radius for a Tremor, I found 2 dealerships that had the exact truck I wanted. While going back and forth with them on my trade in, I decided to go with Laura dealership. I got the truck the other day, and everything was as described.

Purchased a 20yr old Nissan from Ryan, he and the team there gave me as much information and the condition of the vehicle as was possible based on the age and of course based on the age the car does have its issues which I had expected, but Ryan did a great job of working things out and as I arrived really late he and the necessary people to finish a deal were there and ready to help. I picked the car up the next morning with a full tank of gas ready for my 300 mile trip home. They gave me a great deal on the vehicle, far below what they were asking all said and done out the door.

When I sent off the inquiry from Cars.com about the truck, I had a sales rep respond within 2 hours with all the details of the vehicle. Ed Rapien has been our salesman for 15 years for Ford-Mercury products. He is very professional, sells the cars for a fair price, helps with backing up any problems we have had, & I actually feel he is an honest car salesman.My only complaints are that Ford is no longer making sedans or the Mercury brand. These are not Ed's fault, however. Thank heaven they kept him when dealership was sold from Price-Gnade to Trenary.
