We've had our Vistiq Sport for only a couple weeks - so I'm sure our view will evolve. Lots of positive things to say - performance, room, handsome (not gorgeous...it's no Aviator or Land Rover) design in and out, great range (we are seeing 330+ range), features for money, good visibility and appreciate the vegan 'leather' seats. It is, however, hard to master the infotainment system - super frustrating. The lack of Apple CarPlay is missed more than I imagined (does not seem like a sustainable strategy). Perhaps once we are able to drive it without having to hit enough buttons as if we were re-tasking a drone our love for it will grow.

Due to miscommunication on both parties, the wrong tires were installed. The service manager had them order the correct ones with no additional service charges.

This is the best dealership I have ever worked with. Mike was a honest joy to work with. He was knowledgeable and excellent at his job but most of all he treated us like family. My dad and I actually had a great time in a process that has been dull and stressful in past experiences when purchasing elsewhere. Mike went above and beyond for us, continuing to offer excellent service and for me to reach out for anything even after I left the lot! The trade in on my old car was made extremely simple while also test driving and discussing options for my next vehicle. The vehicle is good in all categories. Which makes it great overall value. There are only 2 things I do not like. The Black card that does not consistently work to unlock the driver side door. The light option under the rear tailgate to unlock trunk with your foot. Otherwise I would of rated this SUV a 5 star vehicle.

Dealership called as soon as they had one come in so I could test drive. Cella has been my neighborhood Ford store for 15 years and I am always treated well. Traded my Ranger Lariat for this vehicle because the Ranger (which I loved) no longer fit my needs. GREAT ride, handling, and glad to have GOAT drive.

This is our second Mach-E purchase. Our first was a 2021. We chose to sell it and get a 2025 Mach-E Premium. The 2025 gets revised suspension that is so much better than the previous years, which was bouncy. You can also now get the premium without the glass roof. I do not like the glass roof, so getting the premium features without it is great! Excellent power, comfort and features at a pretty good price. Love the style, too!

I leased a 2025 and in May of 2025 and I now in October 2025 have just over 5K of trouble free miles, no issues what so ever. Love this aar so much I will most likely buy at the end of the lease. It is the most comfortable vehicle I have ever driven. The other review about the brakes, they most likely turned off the regenerative braking system and then forgot to use the brakes. I say that because when my was inadvertently turned off the same thing almost happened
