It's been one month since I purchased a vehicle from Bozard Ford Lincoln and I just want to give a shout-out and say how pleased I was with the whole experience. I really dread car buying but our salesman, Jesse James, and his assistant Marcos made the process very easy and were accommodating to us and our situation. They were very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and showed it to us in a warm and non-pressured manner. After we decided to buy the vehicle, everything was taken care of in advance, including our trade-in, and the process was seamless. We drove away with no regrets on price/purchase. Jesse even checked in with us after a few days to make sure we were still happy and we are! It's not every day you get treated so patiently and respectfully at a car dealership. Test drive of 2023 Long Range AWD. Very smooth, quiet and fast. I'm 6-3, drivers seat best supporting ,most comfortable seat of 40 cars owned. Biggest fear is Elon Musk, in a fit of childish mischief, decide to turn all Teslas off......

I turned to DuVal Ford because their web page showed the new Ford truck that I was seeking. All purchase arrangements were made by phone or email and the vehicle was delivered to my home at a good distance from the dealer. All my questions have been answered quickly and satisfactorily. Due to distance, I will probably be getting service at my local Ford dealer.

I purchased a 2018 model 3. I have over 80,000 miles on it.. My only problem was the 3 sets of rear tires the first year..But it was fun.. No tune-up's no belts no oil changes..But then unlike some I don't park mine in saltwater..So fires from that aren't a problem for me. I drive over 100 miles to and from work every day and where I work has free charging..No Brainer.. Only car I have ever owned that saved me enough to make its own payments.. Probably not the car for everyone especially if you keep it parked in a saltwater environment...but as a work car and a car to take on long trips it's been extremely good..

This car has been the best I’ve owned so far. Even if you aren’t looking at a Tesla, EVs in general are so much fun! I’ve had little maintenance in the three years I’ve had this car so far (tire rotations, wiper blades). Every major software update brings either new features or improvements.

We were looking for a used pickup truck and wanted to trade in our old one. CarMax bought our old truck at a much higher value than any of the other dealers around and it was so easy. We looked at what they had in stock and didn't end up purchasing one- but we tell everyone now to check out CarMax because they make it so simple and easy!

This is the best car I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned many luxury cars and by far my Tesla Model Y is better than all of them. I have had the car for 2 years now and I never had any issues with the car. Very reliable, fast, and love the auto pilot. The handling is amazing and very quiet. Love the minimalistic interior. I don’t understand why other car maker put 100s of buttons in the dashboard. Love the screen and it’s user friendly.

Supercar fast with truck utility and serious off-road capability. Best truck I’ve ever owned. Kids love riding in it and crawling through tunnel. A great first truck from Rivian.

Full-disclosure I didn't end up buying the car I was considering from Da Vinci (ultimately I bought a different class of new vehicle instead), but I received phenomenal service from Rudolf. He was informative, helpful, and patient. He was timely in his responses and answered every question I asked. The reason why this isn't a 5 star review is because of the communication experience with the dealership as a whole. Early on I received communicae from multiple individuals, and some of the details of my questions was lost. I had different people asking me questions that I'd previously answered. In any case, Rudolf took over and it was excellent henceforth.

The Lucid Air is the best car I've owned. Ever! I can not imagine a better vehicle to own. Other EVs do not stand a chance!

I'm 65 years old and have owned many cars and trucks all my life and this Tesla is completely different from anything else you will drive. People make fun of Elon Musk but he and his engine ers hit it out of the park with the Model 3 ! It looks great, drives like a dream, very quiet, instant acceleration, and "one pedal" driving where you never have to touch the brake. And all the different feature that the car does you can set up to your liking and most can be operated by voice commands. The car receives automatic "updates" over the "air" from Tesla so it is constantly getting better and learning new things.

I really love this car. It looks great, is very fast, and is all-around fun to drive. The one-pedal braking is the best feature, IMO. Would purchase again.

I have had a very positive experience so far. I had some small issues but nothing major. They were fixed fairly quickly by the dealer. The mileage does drop drastically in the winter, but I knew that before purchasing it. It is roomy inside, and drives great.

When the Volt first came out I would give it 5 stars for everything, now new cars coming out so I took some off but still mostly 5 stars. It is still a great value. No car is perfect but this has allowed me to avoid a lot of maintenance and repairs of regular gas cars.

I was in the market for an Acura MDX and found one (certified) on Beaver Chevrolet website for a very competitive price. I called and got Rich King in sales and am so thankful that he picked up the call. He was personable, professional, informed, and a straight shooter!! I told him the vehicle I was interested in and the specifics (money down, monthly payment etc) I needed to make it work. He went over the car fax w me and I put a deposit on it to hold as sold. I live 2.5 hours away and explained I would be disappointed if I drove all that way based on inaccurate information. Evan always provides excellent customer service. In the past Nimnicht would include a courtesy car wash when your vehicle was serviced, but I assume due to cost restrictions, this has ended.

This is the first experience of buying a new vehicle that there were no games. MJ was my salesman and was unbelievable…I told him what I wanted to make the deal and he and the dealership delivered! I’ll be back for sure.

As a driver of many vehicles, I can honestly say that this is the most fun car that I have ever driven. The ride is great, and the handling is too thanks to the low center of gravity and battery placement. It also has just about every safety feature that you can think of. With the large 17.5" display and the many adjustments you can make, it's almost like driving the space shuttle! I also love driving by the gas station and never having to stop there again. I just plug it in at night and I am ready to go the next day for almost 300 miles! Ans best of all, it's a Chevy so I know I can always find a dealer no matter where I travel.

Performance is amazing...instant acceleration to 60mph. The controls require a steep learning curve. Still trying to figure all the icons out. Could be much easier if they actually allowed several screens to access the same control where the definition easily fits in more than one place...so we don't have to search to find it. Charging time on 120 is unacceptable. 56 hours to charge up from 20%.

My problem child vehicle was not purchased at the dealership but other repair shops could not locate the problem and actually did a poor job on some repair attempts, but Tom and Alex detailed each item and fairly & personally took care of all my issues.

Well I didn't get a car because I let them know about my bad experience with other dealerships they wanted to still come in but I told One of the dealers i Will think about it but right now I don't know if I can trust another car dealership
