I test drove both the Model 3 and Model Y in snowy conditions, and had not a single bout of fear that I may lose control. So let's do the honest review. Melton was our first stop for car buying as they had the best deals in the local area on Rams. Online they consistently were beating local big names in Tulsa and surrounding areas on price and I monitored prices since September so about 3 months. We drove the 30 minutes or so up there from midtown and when we arrived we weren't attacked while inspecting vehicles on the lot. In fact we came in and were promptly greeted we told are sales rep Baley about the vehicles we were interested and he grabbed the keys and paperwork for a test drive while they copied my license. From there we returned. The price negotiation was on! Unfortunately there was not a lot of room to budge but this is expected for a family owned company especially one where sales do not work on commission and are salary. They offered us water and snacks several times. Everyone wore masks. While I was there I saw they were helping another vet (it was veterans day so as an army vet I was dead set on getting a truck that day) and the care and attention they showed was astonishing. Bailey even offered a gentleman crossing the street in a wheelchair help. We still felt the price was worth checking a different dealer out....big mistake we should have just stayed. It was such a nightmare that by the time it was said and done, we drove straight back to Melton. Baley had our same offer ready and we went to see Greg who was able to accommodate us and kept us rolling laughing as we signed over our first born (or at least a lot of money). This was such a family experience and presence in the place. I could not be happier with my new purchase and will be back. Their prices and handling of sales and contracts by Baley and Greg were better then any of the dealers in Tulsa metro area, for this truck search or my last car search a few years ago. Thank you Melton and thank you Baley and Greg. This veteran got his truck on veterans day thanks to your superior prices and honest evaluations and family feelings. I appreciate how y'all care for your customers and vets on 11-11-20.

This car has been the best I’ve owned so far. Even if you aren’t looking at a Tesla, EVs in general are so much fun! I’ve had little maintenance in the three years I’ve had this car so far (tire rotations, wiper blades). Every major software update brings either new features or improvements.

I was contacted by my service advisor Geoff with an update on the progress of my vehicle. He was also able to get me a loaner vehicle which was very much appreciated. I was provided daily updates also which helped me through the experience I was dealing with. I have been contacted that my vehicle is completed at this time and headed over to pick it up today. Great day. I would like to Thank my service advisor Geoff for keeping informed and going above and beyond to ensure my experience was pleasant. You'll be lucky if you get Geoff as a service advisor.

I own a 2017 Tesla Model S. It's literally the best car I've ever owned. I have driven it 157,000 miles and haven't done a thing to it except change tires. ZERO maintenance! No more oil changes, fluid flushes, belts, filters, nothing. I haven't even needed new brakes because the car slows it's self down so I rarely even touch the brakes. It cost me $400 to have my electrician put the proper outlet in my garage. I charge from home while I sleep. I am never inconvenienced by having to go to the gas station. No more pumping gas, getting gas on my hands, nothing, dripping down my car. I will NEVER own an ICE engine again. Couldn't be happier and will never go back. If you aren't sure, trust me, you will love every minute of driving this car and you will save money doing it.

It all starts with the Frank the man in the service department. He met me at the door of my truck at exactly 7am and ask what I needed done to my vehicle? Once he got the information he asked me to have a seat in the lobby and help myself to donuts and coffee. After a few short minutes I received a text from Frank letting me know that if I had any questions to just call him at this number. Frank always goes above and beyond to make my trip to the dealership go as quick and smoothly as possible. If I?ve ever had any questions Frank has always found me the best options and given me great advice. I will always use Southe Point as my dealership for service work and when I get ready to buy a new truck I?m gonna ask Frank for suggestions.

Only minor problems with only one maintance/repair/upgrade visit just recently (2020) at a Tesla SC, 1.5 days in the shop. All other minor problems handled by an excellent mobile Tesla tech that comes to your house (a special service for those not near a SC). No drivetrain problems whatsoever. 1/3 the maintenance cost of an ICE vehicle, no gas cost. Gas net savings about $5,0000 over 5 years. This is an SUV with moderate dirt road capability and 9" ground clearance.

Our service advisor, David Holmes, takes good care of us and our vehicles! Both our Toyotas are older (2001 and 2005) and we have all our maintenance done at Jim Norton Toyota. David Holmes does an excellent job of letting us know what needs to be done and how long it will take. He even keeps us updated during the process. Our next vehicles will definitely be from Jim Norton Toyota. David, we appreciate you!

I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

Toyota decided to get serious with their electric compact suv over their earlier version. Lowered the price making it competitive with all others in this class. Also making it now competitive is the increase in driving range, the XLE AWD model gets a significant boost with a 288 mile range. In addition the horsepower on the XLE AWD increased to 338 providing 0-60 in the middle 4 second range… that’s head snapping power. Also, major improvements were addressed to the charging system… now able to charge significantly faster and it comes using the NACS (North American Charging Standard) outlet connection for faster charging ( (originally called the Tesla charging connection). I personally enjoy driving the bZ around town but also on major roads. It runs quietly as an electric should but also isolates road noise. The instrument panel is different but coming from driving my plug in hybrid Prius Prime I’m used to different. I trust Toyota overall quality over all other manufacturers whether the vehicle is a traditional combustible gas engine or now electric.
