If you hit the accelerator hard, you'd better have your head against the headrest or you may be injured. Zero to 60 mph in 3.5 seconds for my 2022 Model Y Performance. Fast charging Tesla Superchargers are always available across the country making long, cross country road trips a pleasure. At home I can charge 300 miles of range over night for $8 of electricity. Yes $8! Super Chargers cost more, but the speed and convenience is well worth the costs on road trips and it's still a fraction of the price of gasoline. I honestly look forward to getting into this car and driving it. I've owned a Mustang, BMW M3 and 5 Series, a Porche, Jaguar, Mercedes SL550, and many more cars. None were as fun to drive as the Tesla Model Y Performance. This is the future of automobile transportation and getting better every day.

Test drive of 2023 Long Range AWD. Very smooth, quiet and fast. I'm 6-3, drivers seat best supporting ,most comfortable seat of 40 cars owned. Biggest fear is Elon Musk, in a fit of childish mischief, decide to turn all Teslas off......

This is the best car I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned many luxury cars and by far my Tesla Model Y is better than all of them. I have had the car for 2 years now and I never had any issues with the car. Very reliable, fast, and love the auto pilot. The handling is amazing and very quiet. Love the minimalistic interior. I don’t understand why other car maker put 100s of buttons in the dashboard. Love the screen and it’s user friendly.

We test drove a vehicle here and had a really great experience. The salesman, Tim, was phenomenal - very friendly and informative; I would highly recommend anyone ask for him if they visit! We were able to fully inspect the car, including getting it up onto a lift. The entire process was easy, low-pressure, and customer-focused. We ended up purchasing a different car from a dealership where we had a horrible buying experience, which has definitely convinced me that the CarMax sales model is absolutely the way to go. I will definitely be coming to CarMax first for my next purchase. This is just the better way to buy a car.

I'm 65 years old and have owned many cars and trucks all my life and this Tesla is completely different from anything else you will drive. People make fun of Elon Musk but he and his engine ers hit it out of the park with the Model 3 ! It looks great, drives like a dream, very quiet, instant acceleration, and "one pedal" driving where you never have to touch the brake. And all the different feature that the car does you can set up to your liking and most can be operated by voice commands. The car receives automatic "updates" over the "air" from Tesla so it is constantly getting better and learning new things.

The moment I got the demo car onto the highway, I thought to myself, “I LOVE this car!” Which rarely happens. I test drove both the Model 3 and Model Y in snowy conditions, and had not a single bout of fear that I may lose control. A few weeks ago, when we were getting a winter blizzard, I was driving my Mother home from Boulder. It was snowing about 2” -3” per hour, people were spinning out all over the place. There is really no other vehicle like this on the road. It’s ride quality is great. It’s quiet, fast and off-road capable. The interior design of the cabin is excellent and tasteful. It’s the epitome of form plus functionality.

Carson is the most genuine salespeople I have ever had the privilege of meeting and working with. I could not have asked for a better experience at this dealership and Carson was the biggest part of it being such a great experience. After being in a car accident where my beloved car got totaled, I was not super thrilled to be car shopping in the first place and especially wasn’t looking forward to the typical pushy salesperson and feeling pressured into a big purchase. Carson is the exact opposite of that. He is dedicated to finding a car that serves you. He does diligent research, not to use his knowledge to convince you of a purchase, but instead he researches to be able to better serve you and ensure that he finds what you are looking for. He test drove the car I was interested in prior to me arriving so he could familiarize himself with the vehicle, inside and out to make sure he was able to answer any questions I may have. He is friendly, knowledgeable and genuine. He didn’t pressure me to make a decision that day and made sure to help me explore other options I was interested in to make sure I made an informed decision that I felt good about. His genuine nature and dedication completely changed my outlook what car shopping can be and I absolutely LOVE my new car. I recently leased a 2024 Quattro premium plus 55. I have not had the severe issues others mention in reviews, but agree that the electronics and software are sometimes frustrating. It drives nicely for an SUV (I prefer driving small cars). I don’t like the behavior of the brakes. You have to really step on them for the final 5 mph to complete stop — they are not linear. I know VW knows how to do brakes in an EV, because the e-Golf is fantastic. Also annoying are the steering wheel buttons — again, big downgrade from the e-Golf. Overall, happy with the great lease deal I got.

Zach arranged for my 2003 z4 to be towed, shuttled me back to my home 45 minutes away, kept me informed of repair progress, then delivered my car when finished. I previously used Knauz in Lake Bluff but they obviously missed serious repair issues that caused this situation. I'll use International BMW from now on. I love my Q4 E-tron Sportback! So far I’ve had zero issues with the car. Also the range is better than advertised. I got 300 miles on a charge, during a road trip from SC to FL.

We returned our leased 2022 Bolt EUV and leased a 2025 Equinox. My wife really wanted the new 2026 Bolt but it wasn’t available yet. I love the bigger feel and roominess of the Equinox, but admit its size makes parking more challenging. Quiet and smooth ride on standard 19” wheels and higher profile Michelins. Really nothing negative to say about the Equinix, other than a bit of a learning curve with some aspects of the tech stuff. Chevy has done an excellent job of providing both great cars with the best pricing. For the practical person it’s a no brained. Oh and the range is awesome at 350+/- miles!!!

Overall great experience in and out experience was great. They got me in and out paperwork didn?t take more than an hour overall great experience.

My 12 1/2 year old Volt is hanging in there because of the skill, knowledge, and great work by the team at Chevy Exchange. I called a few days before Christmas to describe a problem. They got me in the morning after Christmas. A part was needed so they kept my car and a nice young gentleman drove me home. He picked me up the next day when the car was ready and the car is working better than it was before the original problem occurred. Many thanks to all of the great team members at Chevy Exchange!!!!

Like all the other reviews I've read, a great car, fun to drive, comfy, quiet, peppy, good range. (All these based on price class, of course you can spend twice as much to get comfier, quieter, peppier, batter range.) A couple of points: hold out for the Premier trim level-- the view astern with the conventional rear view mirror is marginal at best, for safety on the highway and ease of parking you'll want the rear view camera display in the mirror and the other camera that help parking which come with the Premier level. A little scare with the charger that came with it- glitched out on me, and unplugging it and plugging it in again didn't fix. Took it to the dealership and it worked fine. Looking on the web later, it turns out that if the charger gets hung, you have to leave it unplugged for a few minutes for it to reset, which is probably what the trip to the dealership did. Only happened once, fine since then. Nitpicky- the charger is supposed to be mounted upright, cord down, for rain protection, but the 240 volt cord is too short to do that unless the 240 volt outlet is mounted upside down so the outlet itself catches rain. If you plan to mount your charger outside, plan on doing under some kind of overhang to protect from rain. Wheels can spin out with the great acceleration and two wheel drive, especially in rain. I've gotten used to the AWD of my Subaru Forester, so a bit of a shift. But Bolt is a xxxx sight quieter and a bit more comfortable than the forester. Bet the Forester get the front spot in our driveway in snowy weather.

22k miles in. Love this car. Electric. Check Comfortable. Check. Reliable. Check. Zippy, fast acceleration. Check. Best car I ever owned, and once you go electric, you don't look back. One note to buyers. This is a great commuter car, not good for road trips. Charging time is quite slow, and range gets much lower in cold weather, or with ac on, or using cruise control.

My first EV and a ton of fun to drive. Loaded with tech but it does take a while to get it all working. Fortunately, Audi has free phone support and they are great. The car is so smart, it tells you when to take you foot off the accelerator and slows the car down when you approach an intersection with stopped traffic. Amazing! The car handles well with a low center of gravity, accelerates well and gets the advertised mpeg. My car averages 3.2 miles/KW in mixed driving which is right at 307 miles per full charge, although you should never run it down to 0%. On a 160 mile trip with some stop and go traffic, the car used 50% total charge so my range anxiety is gone. On a fast charger, it starts at 135 KW/hr slowing decreasing to 90. That translates into a reasonable 25 minutes 30-80% charge. I had great reservations trading in my pristine BMW M550i, but it turned out to be a smart move. Buy one!

I haven't had time to get together with the dealership I am hoping to go in this weekend.
