Just had my 2022 sportage serviced for the first time. As my son was in hospital 2 hours away I asked for first available appt. which was within a week.. When I arrived I informed the consultant that I needed to leave ASAP to go to the hospital. They couldnt promise ,but got me out in about an hour and were very understanding to my situation. 22k miles in. Love this car. Electric. Check Comfortable. Check. Reliable. Check. Zippy, fast acceleration. Check. Best car I ever owned, and once you go electric, you don't look back. One note to buyers. This is a great commuter car, not good for road trips. Charging time is quite slow, and range gets much lower in cold weather, or with ac on, or using cruise control.

I'm not a fan of EV's because I feel their purpose is limited. That being said I bought this Ionic 6 as a city car and it is perfect. The reason I did this is because my Mercedes dealer wanted to charge me $1,700 for front brakes on a 2 year old car with less than 15k miles. Doesn't make sense to drive a car like that around town but it is great for trips of any size. The Ionic 6 is just fun to drive. And what makes it even better is I live in a carriage house and it would be hard to install a charger. This car comes with free charging for 2 years and I have a charge station 3 miles from where I live so it is perfect.

I’m 83 years old and this is my first EV. Yes it did take some patience and with the help of my grandson to feel comfortable to start with. We purchased it in November on my wife’s birthday in 2022. The first new car I purchased was a 1964 Pontiac. This Bolt SUV is one of the nicest new vehicles I have ever purchased. I really love this car and we’ve had a lot of laughs mostly on the charging aspect of it. But I’ll give it a five star on everything and hope we can drive it for many more years.

Went in for oil change. The people working here were all very friendly and helpful. They did routine checks of our truck and kept was updated throughout whole process.

This was an online/out of state purchase and at every step they provided customer service that exceeded my expectations. There was a very small ding on the van and the management team made sure those pictures were sent to me even though the ding was tiny. I asked Zachery to pick me up at the car rental location (as I drove a rental one way) and he picked me up. Chuck the manager chatted with me awhile while waiting for the van to be ready to be taken home and he made sure I was happy with the purchase and his staff. Its obvious customer service is VERY important to him. The original price quoted to me was slightly different and they even sent me a check in the mail later for it AND Zachery followed up with me to make sure I made it home safely with my 10 hour drive home. 1 month in and really enjoying the car. Very comfortable and quiet. The ride is smooth and pretty responsive for a true 3 rom suv. Charging has been easy and can use any fast charging stations. Home charge is very easy. Set the time, plug it in and all charged by morning. The range is holding pretty true. Using air-conditioning and cooling seats on the highway will drop the estimated range but I still did 270 miles I am 6'5" and I can fit in the 3rd row and have someone my size in front of me. The electronics are all their and using the auto hold a lot.

Brakes needed replacement at low mileage (20k). Car hasnt had any other major problems. The auto stop start has been getting a bit rough and I expect to replace the starter sometime soon. Great gas mileage before hitting 100k miles 30 city / 35 highway. After 100k miles I average 23 city / 28 highway. Car has become slightly slower as mileage has gone up but still great performance. This car was floored multiple times everyday of ownership and I averaged 48k miles a year on this car. This little hybrid has been abused and beat daily and is still running great. This car came maxed out with a steep cost of over 50k and depreciation has affected this car heavily due to mileage per year.

They are a good dealership and talk to me when I call them or if it’s late they call me back the next day. The only problem is they will not move on the price of the Vivid Orange Metallic Camaro. My 2019 Colorado ZR2 is a low mileage (15,679) which is loaded and 100% of the miles are highway miles with superior maintenance and records! Please work with me and let’s make this trade possible! I have had a very positive experience so far. I had some small issues but nothing major. They were fixed fairly quickly by the dealer. The mileage does drop drastically in the winter, but I knew that before purchasing it. It is roomy inside, and drives great.

Was treated great liked the salesman, David was very accommodating. Truck just wasn’t going to work for us as we hoped.

Performance is amazing...instant acceleration to 60mph. The controls require a steep learning curve. Still trying to figure all the icons out. Could be much easier if they actually allowed several screens to access the same control where the definition easily fits in more than one place...so we don't have to search to find it. Charging time on 120 is unacceptable. 56 hours to charge up from 20%.

Each year, we’re saving $6,000–$7,000 combined on fuel and maintenance compared to when we drove gasoline cars. We get about 250-300 miles of range depending on heat and AC use. We bought them used around $20k each, had batteries replaced in 2020 so 100,000 mile warranty, can't beat it!
