I have had a very positive experience so far. I had some small issues but nothing major. They were fixed fairly quickly by the dealer. The mileage does drop drastically in the winter, but I knew that before purchasing it. It is roomy inside, and drives great.

I’ve owned my 2023 Volvo C40 Recharge Ultimate for about a month now, and it’s been nothing short of impressive. The design immediately stands out with a modern, sculpted look that feels unique on the road. Mine is in Thunder Grey with the Fjord Blue interior, and the combo turns heads everywhere. Performance-wise, it’s quick and quiet with instant torque that makes merging and city driving effortless. The one-pedal drive is smooth once you get used to it, and the all-wheel drive gives me confidence in any weather. Inside, the cabin feels luxurious yet understated. The Fjord Blue interior with backlit panels creates a calm, high-end atmosphere. Google built-in is convenient, though it can lag at times. The Harman Kardon sound system is crisp and full, and the panoramic glass roof makes the cabin feel bright and open. For now, I charge at Tesla Superchargers for convenience. A charger was actually installed in my high-rise the day after I bought the car, but it’s not operable yet. I’m looking forward to using it once it’s active. The range has been consistent in real-world use, and I appreciate Volvo’s focus on sustainability without sacrificing comfort or performance. If I had to nitpick, I’d say some software features could be more refined, and visibility through the rear window is limited, but the 360° camera helps a lot. I installed a digital rearview mirror through the Volvo dealer where I purchased my car. Overall, the C40 Recharge feels like a personal luxury cocoon. It’s quiet, confident, and thoughtfully designed. It’s a car that makes me look forward to driving every day.

Took my camaro into dealership for basic maintenance. Work was done in a timely fashion. Staff were friendly and helpful. Plan on returning, as the need arises. Would recommend to any that inquire.

My Equinox EV has exceeded expectations. It is stylish, roomy and has more than enough power. Charging at home is a breeze and charging on the road takes time and good planning. I highly recommend recommend this car.

I want to give a huge shout and thank you to Johnson Family Chevrolet in Woodlawn, VA. We had a mechanical issue happen with our truck and was headed to get the part we thought would fix it, we saw the bay doors open to the service department and ventured over to see if we could get assistance. Instead of being told again after the first 10 we stopped to talk to "service is closed, come back Monday", we got the owner, Adam Johnson who said, let me help you out. He immediately got on the phone to one of his technician who was home with a sick baby, he spoke with us about the issue it could be and sent one of his fellow techs to help. Surprised to us, the young man on the phone showed up well as the one he had asked to come in. The young men worked on our truck trying to fix this issue so we could finish running our load of heat supplies to WNC. Needless to say they couldn't fix the issue the same day, but they helped us remedy getting the supplies to WNC. The owner, gave us the keys to a brand new Chevrolet pickup to take the load to WNC, no charge!!!! Glory to God this family business saved us and helped us above and beyond to get the job done. If anyone needs a Chevrolet or is thinking of buying one... Go as fast as you can to this dealership, I can only imagine the service you will receive and support you will receive from them, after they have done this for us. This car is exactly what I was wanting for my regional/local transportation. It is quick, comfortable, stylish, dependable, reliable, fun, eye catching and easy to operate. I do wish there was more range but I've had no problems in my regional travel: just need to be realistic about the range facts. My passengers are pleasantly surprised by the styling, comfort and performance.

I've had my 2019 Bolt Premier for a month now and it's really a clever little vehicle. Nimble and fun to drive with lots of room (can fit two mt bikes in the back). Coming from a VW GTI I expected the Bolt to be a substantial step down, but it's not. Granted the GTI is leagues ahead in both interior and exterior build quality, but the Bolt is no slouch in terms of what a fun-sized EV hatch should be. With a low center of gravity, loads of "O" torque and a decent suspension, the Bolt doesn't embarrass itself while performing it's appointed tasks around town. Sure, the steering could benefit from taking a communications class and the brakes are less than linier but the single pedal driving dynamic is outstanding (I could seriously go on for a while regarding how intuitive the one pedal regen system is on the Bolt, kudos to GM for their work on this feature). The rest of the gripes about the Bolt (plastic interior, uncomfortable front seats, low res screens, odd styling) I think miss the mark regarding the sum of it's parts. At the end of the day, does the Bolt deliver a satisfying experience and leave you with a smile? Absolutely!

My expectations were far exceeded. Juan the sales rep i was dealing with reached out to me multiple times and went beyond in answering any questions I had. I was also impressed with how fast the process was handled and could tell my time was NOT being wasted. I will definitely reach back out for my next purchase. 10/10

A few years ago I had a horrible car purchase experience in new jersey, so this time when I needed to buy another new car I decided to go to a dealership I had heard was phenomenal- I went North Carolina to the Mt Airy Chrysler dealership. Tommy Dale was my salesman- he was absolutely wonderful. My experience was great. Throughout I felt in control and never pressured to purchase a car I couldn't afford. The staff was attentive, patient, respectful and knowledgeable. Once I purchased the car Tommy, the salesman, filled my new car with gas, had it washed meticulously and sat with me in the car for over an hour going through all the features in the car. I 100 percent recommend this dealership for anyone to purchase a vehicle. I left satisfied and excited with my purchase.
