They honored the terms of my deposit even when several others called after trying to acquire the vehicle. Connor was always more than happy to answer any of my questions or concerns. While waiting for my car to be ready Matt Anderson, the general manager, took the time to talk to me. Finishing the financing paperwork with Danny Sargent was a breeze. Connor went over all the instrumentation of vehicle and made me feel comfortable with it. At the end of the sale the whole team that was working that day gathered to congratulate me. I really couldn't have asked for a single thing more. This dealership and it's team makes you feel like family. I absolutely can not recommend them enough and will definitely give them my business again, regardless of the trip I need to make, in the future.

I am happy to say the issue with the missing lug nut wrench and jack crank were immediately resolved. Thank you Scott and Conner for your quick response. My faith in you dealership has been restored.

Toyota decided to get serious with their electric compact suv over their earlier version. Lowered the price making it competitive with all others in this class. Also making it now competitive is the increase in driving range, the XLE AWD model gets a significant boost with a 288 mile range. In addition the horsepower on the XLE AWD increased to 338 providing 0-60 in the middle 4 second range… that’s head snapping power. Also, major improvements were addressed to the charging system… now able to charge significantly faster and it comes using the NACS (North American Charging Standard) outlet connection for faster charging ( (originally called the Tesla charging connection). I personally enjoy driving the bZ around town but also on major roads. It runs quietly as an electric should but also isolates road noise. The instrument panel is different but coming from driving my plug in hybrid Prius Prime I’m used to different. I trust Toyota overall quality over all other manufacturers whether the vehicle is a traditional combustible gas engine or now electric.
