This car replaced a 2010 Hyundai that was beginning to give me trouble. I decided to lease it - my first 100% EV - and installed a charger in my garage. So far I am totally delighted with the car - its finish, its drivability, and its performance. It is nimble and when I step hard on the accelerator (what we used to call the "gas pedal") it leaps forward like a startled bunny. To be sure there are lots of differences from the traditional gas-powered cars I have driven all of my life. It is really quiet, which sometimes is a little deceiving because it is actually working. The quiet and the different feedback signals that provides to the driver will take some time to get used to. Also, there are so many options -- many of them hidden several clicks from the top of the home screen -- that are still a mystery to me. (As usual, the owner's manual is almost impossible to use -- I have relied on asking ChatGPT for guidance). "What is that button for?" "How do I make it so the radio doesn't turn on every time I get in the car?" "Where is cruise control?" "How do I turn off the seat heaters?" -- the list is endless and I'm counting on slowly learning how all of it works. Overall, after a month of driving the car I couldn't be happier. It will be an "in town" vehicle -- the range isn't suitable for much inter-city driving -- but I love how smooth and competent the car feels. The finishes inside and out are great; seats comfortable and insanely easy to adjust; sight lines fine. It's a great introduction to the work of EVs.

Jay was very professional with the purchase of my 2024 KIA K5. Such a beautiful car. It was a pleasure to meet Jay. He answered all my questions in a specific detailed manner. Helped set up many things in my new car, like when you get a new cell phone and figure it out. New cars often have more buttons, and every button has a meaning. I bought a car at this dealership a couple of months ago two days ago the computer screen on the dash went black. I wasn’t very happy. I took it to them yesterday.but cars are complicated these days and xxxx happens. I put it in at 8:30 and by 430 everything was fixed. Everybody at this dealership has been so nice to me. I can’t begin to tell you. I am going to talk them up all the time and Zach was great yesterday the service man I spoke with. Got a courtesy ride from a very nice lady, (sorry forgot her name) to my house and picked up and back over to the dealership. Great place to buy a car.

This car is amazingly fun to drive: it has a ton of power and torque, and handles like a sports car. I have the Wind AWD w/ Tech Package. The cabin is a good mix of touchscreen and physical knobs/buttons. The Meridian sound system provides fantastic audio. There is a lot of space with the rear seats folded flat.

Had my 2024 Kia K5 serviced Zach took charge of all the work and did a fantastic job keeping me informed of what was taking place. I purchased my car there and will continue to work with Spradley Kia in the future. Great job service Department!

I feel I must update my review from last month as Kia finally replaced the Power Relay Assembly and everything works perfectly now! Lucky that it presented as AC not blowing cold air. The car is an absolute pleasure to drive. We're planning a long road trip over Thanksgiving looking forward to using the Tesla supercharging network.

One needs to be "ready" to drive an EV. Charging a car is different than filling it with gasoline. But with a little planning, it works great, and it is MUCH cheaper. The car is really fun to drive. It's quiet, with very little vibration, yet VERY responsive. It has lots of great safety features, as well. It is well-priced, and the $7,500 federal rebate was really helpful! It's a great car.

i purchased the vehicle new at this dealership and before i left the dealership i had a issue with the service dept. Had to get sales dept to get taken care of a simple matter. Had a warranty issue on a window not operating properly and was treated so rude by the service dept that i swore i would never go there again. now 2 years later i was sent a flyer on special so i thought i would try one more time., Was met at the door by Charles Rivera and was treated with so much respect on a simple tire rotation job. After talking to him and the treatment i was given i will go back with other repairs for the car. The only person i will deal with is Charles from this point on. As a customer if you want great treatment and respect even on a simple low cost job go see Charles. He is the only reason i would ever take my car back there.

I bought a 2024 Rally which is the highest trim in a Mach E . It is very fast and fun smooth on the highway and can be driven on a dirt track as well as used as an every day vehicle. My only complaint is the range could be a little better and charging should be faster because the vehicle is already in its 4th year of production other than that as a long time EV owner I love the car after a month of ownership.

I recently purchased a 2016 Ford Edge Sport and Kenny Aguero was the salesman. He did a great job on helping me with what I wanted. He was patient and cares about his customers. I also had some service done by Dillan and he also did a great job. They showed me they cared about me and me being happy even after I purchased the vehicle. This is an amazing car. The build quality of this car is amazing. I have never loved my car more than I love this car. I've owned the car for 5 months now and I have not been able to wipe the smile off of my face this whole time. I've noticed that most of the people who provide a negative review of this car have unusual expectations of the car, particularly as it relates to the car's range. It's also interesting to see how people's expectations change when buying an EV. Gasoline cars come with an advertised fuel economy and range that likely won't hit. But people in gas cars don't really care if they hit those numbers and they rarely, if ever, do. They just use those numbers to compare between vehicles. But then they buy an EV and expect to get every bit of range advertised. It's unfair to judge an EV differently than a gas car. If you spend time researching the car before you buy, you learn that EV range drops when the weather is cold. Research your car before you buy it. There's plenty of information available online in forums and on YouTube so that you can make an informed decision. That's what I did, so I knew going into it what to expect. If you do that, you won't be disappointed.

I had an appointment on a recall for the Instrument Panel Software Update. The staff, as always, are pleasant, helpful & friendly. The young lady at the front desk, Lina, is an awesome employee. This is our second Mach-E purchase. Our first was a 2021. We chose to sell it and get a 2025 Mach-E Premium. The 2025 gets revised suspension that is so much better than the previous years, which was bouncy. You can also now get the premium without the glass roof. I do not like the glass roof, so getting the premium features without it is great! Excellent power, comfort and features at a pretty good price. Love the style, too!

Great car! Super fun to zip around the city. Do your self and get in a GT if you’re looking for an ev! Don’t sleep on it
