This is our second Mach-E purchase. Our first was a 2021. We chose to sell it and get a 2025 Mach-E Premium. The 2025 gets revised suspension that is so much better than the previous years, which was bouncy. You can also now get the premium without the glass roof. I do not like the glass roof, so getting the premium features without it is great! Excellent power, comfort and features at a pretty good price. Love the style, too!

I should have called back about my alignment because as I was driving home the car pulled to the left. it didn't seem like the alignment had been done. All other repairs were great done to my satisfaction.

The Parts Dept at Auto Park, Bremen is excellent in my opinion. I went in on Sat morning around 10am. I needed an ignition lock cylinder for my Ford Escape. I was lucky enough to be taken care of by Nick Shepherd, Parts Mgr. Nick had the part & told me he would not release it until he put it together correctly. He installed the tumblers & pins, glad I didn't have to do it. Nick & Jarred Zeisig are a great team!

The moment I got the demo car onto the highway, I thought to myself, “I LOVE this car!” Which rarely happens. I test drove both the Model 3 and Model Y in snowy conditions, and had not a single bout of fear that I may lose control. A few weeks ago, when we were getting a winter blizzard, I was driving my Mother home from Boulder. It was snowing about 2” -3” per hour, people were spinning out all over the place. Well did not make it home with this care as it started overheating and no heat. Emailed Jeremy at dealership about this and they were very good about it, had me fix 1 issue at a local mechanic as I am 1.5 hrs from dealership. I was informed from local mech. that radiator had stop leak in it, and that it prob plugged up heater core, told dealership and they wanted me to bring back to them to look at it so I did. The dealership so far has been very good about this issue, still waiting to see if they get it fixed.

2018 Tesla Model 3 Long Range RWD I purchased this car with a little less than 60k miles one and a half years ago for 21k. It now as 97k miles and the only maintenance I’ve done have been new tires and windshield washer fluid. Someone made a left turn in front of me and the car was already braking as I was lifting my foot off the accelerator. Quite literally saved my life. The suspension is tuned to be sporty, so it’s not a plush ride by any means, but it’s hard to beat at its price point in the used market.
