Lemme tell you about this dealership. This was THE easiest and fastest deal I have ever experienced. Bob Chitwood is the truth. I met with him on a Saturday for a test drive. By Tuesday I drove away with my new car. He handled everything little detail BEFORE I arrived to sign all of the paperwork. Everyone was super nice, knowledgeable and relaxed. Would I buy another car from them, yes. Is Bob Chitwood a thoroughly great salesman? Yes!!! He was soooooo good at his job, my bestie-who was with me for the test drive -also drove off the lot with a new car. Love. Them.

Ultra Trim No more gasoline for me. This car is extremely fast and nimble. It's small and that's a plus in city streets It is VERY quiet and the Harman Kardon sound system is very nice. There is a learning curve with this car and as I get more used to the system, the more fun this car becomes. I am using level 1 charging so I just plug into a standard 115V outlet and that is plenty sufficient for me.

1 month in and really enjoying the car. Very comfortable and quiet. The ride is smooth and pretty responsive for a true 3 rom suv. Charging has been easy and can use any fast charging stations. Home charge is very easy. Set the time, plug it in and all charged by morning. The range is holding pretty true. Using air-conditioning and cooling seats on the highway will drop the estimated range but I still did 270 miles I am 6'5" and I can fit in the 3rd row and have someone my size in front of me. The electronics are all their and using the auto hold a lot.

I have a 2025 lyriq for 6 months and have fallen in love with this car. Trouble free, comfortable, powerful acceration in a beautiful body. A few minor things, like having a bar graph and miles remaining instead of a number percentage for the state charge and could use slightly tighter steering adjustment. Otherwise it's the best driving vehicle, ICE or EV that I have owned. Do not hesitate.

This is the fourth vehicle that we've purchased from ELCO Chevrolet, and there is a reason that I returned for my third Tahoe: they're the very best. Today we went in to Sunset to look for a new truck for me. Unfortunately it was not in the cards dealt to us. So my wife and I decided to look for a new car for her. George was our salesman and he was fantastic. He was very knowledgable about the cars and was very friendly to my little boys He was also very patient with us as we tried to figure out a budget and what we can afford. Finally we were set on a 2016 Escape. I test drove it and even for a big guy like myself, it was a fantastic vehicle. We went back in and crunched the numbers and came up with a deal. The finance manager Mike was again fantastic and worked his magic to get a payment within our budget. He has earned the Nickname Magic Mike from me. I am 125% satisfied with the staff at Sunset Ford. This was my second car from there and I am looking forward to buying my third. Hopefully it will be my new truck.

Don't understand the earlier review - liked the car but only gave it a 1 rating overall??? I LOVE this car, 5 rating overall. Just purchased a month ago, so cannot rate reliability yet. However, comfort and performance are stellar. With a 300+ mile full range, you cannot be too concerned about finding a charging station. Just do a little planning. Everything well designed. You do need to figure out all the bells and whistles though. Manual was written by someone whose first language is not English.

I spoke with Tra Farrow recently at the Alton IL. Location. I was completely honest with him. He ask where I was thinking I wanted my payment to be monthly. I give him my response. I was buying a pre owned vehicle. I bought a Dodge Ram regular cab. He also was completely honest, respectful, of my request. He said he would see what he could do. After talking it was clear that we could complete the sale. I have always purchased my vehicles from private owners. This is the first time I used a dealership. I have this dealership and Tray a five star rating. While I realize it is difficult to get it give a business a five star rating. It was easy to give them the best possible rating. Everyone whom I came into contact with during my visit was outstanding. I was overwhelmed at how easy it was. This business could not have done anymore to change my opinion of dealerships. This is easily the best car you can own. I decided to upgrade from a 2021 Tesla to my current Tesla Model 3 in November 2024, a few months after the model was refreshed. Both were amazing cars and blew me away. The 2024 model is extremely class-upgraded and refined over the original. It is easily the most luxurious and tech-forward car in its category. This car is ZIPPY, and it handles amazingly. The self-driving features are absolutely superb and get software updates frequently. This is the best car for road trips around town, honestly, anything you throw at it, it handles. It is so cheap to fill the range back up at home (I keep mine at 80% max unless road-tripping). The convenience alone of this car makes it worth it, but the material quality and luxury feel make it all the more worthwhile. Tesla's audio system is SO GOOD, it rivals the Harman and Bowers & Wilkins on other cars I've driven. The LED ambient lighting is so beautiful and adjustable. Cooled seats are a must on hot summer days, and you can even start them with one button on the app. So beautiful, fun to drive, and intuitive. Could not be happier with my purchase! You won't regret going with a Tesla!
