After a horrid experience at Greeley Subaru that has us audibly growling at every Subaru we see, we ended up at CarMax Loveland. We both worked with Ray, who is so sweet, chill, and fun to work with. We got my husband set up with a beautiful Kia Soul for the price we wanted. Ray put in for a transfer for the vehicle I wanted and sent my trade in to get appraised. CarMax gave me over $3k more for my car than Greeley Subaru was going to! Ray put up with my impatience over the next few days while my Jeep Renegade was brought up to Loveland (it takes a couple days so they can throughly inspect the vehicles). Ray answered all of my questions timely and professionally. I am telling everyone to go see Ray at CarMax. The business center people were all fun and pleasant to work with and seemed to enjoy working there. This was hands down the easiest, least stressful car buying experience we have ever had.

This car has been the best I’ve owned so far. Even if you aren’t looking at a Tesla, EVs in general are so much fun! I’ve had little maintenance in the three years I’ve had this car so far (tire rotations, wiper blades). Every major software update brings either new features or improvements.

After any serving of a vehicle taking it through your car wash before returning to customer. This might encourage more customer loyality. Oil change prices are too expensive. The expertise needed to do that job doesn't equalate to charging that amount.

The moment I got the demo car onto the highway, I thought to myself, “I LOVE this car!” Which rarely happens. I test drove both the Model 3 and Model Y in snowy conditions, and had not a single bout of fear that I may lose control. Long range AWD FSD ( great on long trips) I got white seats and am so glad. Really brightens the interior and they have been easy to care for. Battery lost range faster than my older Model 3 but it’s still around 295 after ~70k mi. Great in the snow but a bit more ground clearance would help. Cracked windshield was repaired by Tesla and cost about $1000 less than Safelight. No other issues except for CEO

This is our second Mach-E purchase. Our first was a 2021. We chose to sell it and get a 2025 Mach-E Premium. The 2025 gets revised suspension that is so much better than the previous years, which was bouncy. You can also now get the premium without the glass roof. I do not like the glass roof, so getting the premium features without it is great! Excellent power, comfort and features at a pretty good price. Love the style, too!

The most important element of this dealership was the salesman. Joe Zielonko was super knowledgeable and a great fellow to work with. In my 6 decades of purchasing cars, Joe is in the top 5 percent. We felt very comfortable with Joe and we did not feel pressured. He listened very well to our needs. He is a credit to the organization.

We had an issue on a cross country road trip and Honda Greeley got us right in. They were able to get all the issues fixed same day and really went out of their to help us get back on the road asap. There were no more issues for the rest of the trip. Ryan was especially helpful. I would highly recommend them to all!

Just bought a 2024 on a 2 year lease. Driving from Oregon to So CA. Very impressed with the car compared to the barebones long range Model Y I have had for 2 1/2 years. The launch edition has everything you could want - even massage seats for the driver and passenger. Have put 1k on the car and it drives very nice - perhaps not as buttery smooth as the Y but still very good. Range is 270 miles on highway in Eco mode - don’t know if the cool weather has something to do with the range. No real issues - don’t like the dial on the console for gears - prefer a stalk. Jeep software on iPhone is meh and not ready for prime time. Overall I really like it so far - plan is to ditch the Y once I ship the car to Hawaii.

Customer service was great service department was great the only complaint that I have is when I have an appointment for 1:30 and it is two and a half hours later when they get finished do not understand why it takes that long when you have an appointment

My experience with Davidson Gebhardt Chevrolet was exceptional, to say the least. Having worked in the customer service industry for many years, I always anticipate and expect a great experience. With our current economy in the slumps, great customer service seems to be a thing of the past. But not at this dealership. Every employee I have encountered is happy and helpful. I have been using this dealership for a few years now to service my suburban. Recently, we had an unfortunate and costly mishap where all wiring and many modules had to be replaced. We filed a claim with insurance and Darek was my service advisor. From the very beginning, he was helpful, polite, professional and attentive where he would always check in with me to give complete and thorough updates about my vehicle. Darek was very knowledgeable with every little detail from filing supplemental insurance claims to answering my many questions and reassuring me that my suburban was in good hands with his technicians. It was worth the drive from Silverthorne to remedy a situation with a used Lexus GX460 that I acquired from WCG. Brandon, the salesman I was fortunate enough to work with was amazing and extremely knowledgeable. They were extremely patient and willing to work with me while my trade-in got fixed. The managers were helpful and the finance guy was hilarious and amazing. I feel super fortunate to have found this dealership they are definitely not the closest Kia to me, but they are the best.
