We've had our Vistiq Sport for only a couple weeks - so I'm sure our view will evolve. Lots of positive things to say - performance, room, handsome (not gorgeous...it's no Aviator or Land Rover) design in and out, great range (we are seeing 330+ range), features for money, good visibility and appreciate the vegan 'leather' seats. It is, however, hard to master the infotainment system - super frustrating. The lack of Apple CarPlay is missed more than I imagined (does not seem like a sustainable strategy). Perhaps once we are able to drive it without having to hit enough buttons as if we were re-tasking a drone our love for it will grow.

Great dealership and car buying experience. I called Tom Storey regarding a new Explorer we saw online. Tom found it and held it as I had a 3 hour drive to Bozeman; he had it cleaned and ready to go upon arrival. The sales manager quickly appraised our trade in and I was out the door in record time. Finance manager stayed late to close the deal and it was overall as pleasant as a car buying experience can be.

This is our second Mach-E purchase. Our first was a 2021. We chose to sell it and get a 2025 Mach-E Premium. The 2025 gets revised suspension that is so much better than the previous years, which was bouncy. You can also now get the premium without the glass roof. I do not like the glass roof, so getting the premium features without it is great! Excellent power, comfort and features at a pretty good price. Love the style, too!

I stand corrected. I wrote a review regarding a very disheartening experience at this dealership. I went so far as to say that no one there gave a crap. I was wrong! I received several phone calls from the General Manager, Jeremy. He took the time to really listen to my frustrations and concerns and said He would do whatever he needed to do to fix this. He came up with an immediate plan and it truly changed my perception of this dealership. He brought home that it's about communicating on both sides! Incredible Customer Service...Stellar!!! Arrived at dealership with an immediate problem of A/C nonfunctional. With the summer heat approaching, we were very unhappy. My husband and I entered the Service Consultant area to find that 1. All representatives were busy and 2. No appointments for 2 1/2 months. We were very pleased when we heard from the end consultant desk "How can I help you?" Wow, someone is offering customer service! Jason Sanistevan said that he would like to assist us, however, could he keep our vehicle for 7-10 days and he would work us in. Under the circumstances, this was a fair offer Good to his word, he got the repair completed in the promised time frame. Walked away very satisfied!

Jason Santistevan was most helpful this morning as our 2020 Transit 250 AWD Eco Boost 22,000 miles engine light came on as we leaving Bozeman on a trip. Quick code read showed cylinder mis-fire. We worked with Jason and wound up leaving the van for thorough diagnostics. Jason was quick, knowledgable, efficient and customer friendly.
