This is my 2nd Ioniq5, the first being a '22 SEL rear wheel drive. The Ioniq 5 is roomy, quiet, luxurious, and surprisingly quick. Its great fun to drive, handling well and feeling stable in all situations. The user interface is friendly and comprehensive, with an almost complete self driving capability. My only complaint is that it is called an SUV. It doesn't have an SUV's ground clearance or stiff suspension. It's a luxury hatchback, which is what I wanted.

I really feel comfortable bringing my vehicle in for service, everyone is friendly and since my husband used to work with our vehicles I didn't know a lot about servicing them. I have received the help I need and can go away feeling that my car is in top condition. I trust the service and know that I can ask all the questions I need to and get the answers I need. Destiny was a great employee and helped me get a good deal for a car

My 2019 'factory' Michelin tires needed to be replaced at 5 years & 20,000 miles (not happy). I received quotes from 3 tire stores in Tucson and Royal dealership where i bought my SUV. I was surprised that Royals total installed price was actually $20 cheaper per tire (including free fix of flat tire if repairable). Michelin also had a $15/ tire manufacturer rebate that every store & Royal made you aware of. Royal also has a very nice customer friendly waiting area with sofa seating, tables & chairs and coffee, water & soft drinks. The restrooms are large and always sparkling clean.
