I own a 2017 Tesla Model S. It's literally the best car I've ever owned. I have driven it 157,000 miles and haven't done a thing to it except change tires. ZERO maintenance! No more oil changes, fluid flushes, belts, filters, nothing. I haven't even needed new brakes because the car slows it's self down so I rarely even touch the brakes. It cost me $400 to have my electrician put the proper outlet in my garage. I charge from home while I sleep. I am never inconvenienced by having to go to the gas station. No more pumping gas, getting gas on my hands, nothing, dripping down my car. I will NEVER own an ICE engine again. Couldn't be happier and will never go back. If you aren't sure, trust me, you will love every minute of driving this car and you will save money doing it.

I was in and out in less than an Hour. Everyone was very pleasant, the paperwork was explained in detail. They allowed me to leave my other vehicle there until someone took me to pick it up. From the time I entered ti the time I left I felt very comfortable.

This is our second Mach-E purchase. Our first was a 2021. We chose to sell it and get a 2025 Mach-E Premium. The 2025 gets revised suspension that is so much better than the previous years, which was bouncy. You can also now get the premium without the glass roof. I do not like the glass roof, so getting the premium features without it is great! Excellent power, comfort and features at a pretty good price. Love the style, too!

Pickup is quick. Looks amazing. Maintenance and maintenance cost is negligible. For my 40K mile service done at Ford dealer my bill was $0! You read the right. Charges well and works. Heated seats and heated steering wheel in MI weather is a blessing. I have it set where it heats up the cabin & conditions the battery on its own at my departure time everyday. It is also set up, where it doesnt charge at the time when my electric company charges a premium on electricity. No issues what so ever. I love the car.

My wife and I really appreciated the attention and concern from Joe the salesman who took an interest in finding the right vehicle to meet my needs and concerns about driving over 120 miles 5 days a week to get to and from work in South Bend. We drove an hour to this location specifically for a recall service. We were not satisfied with a local dealerships service department. From the moment to pulling the car in the shop to the end of being complete, the service we received was very pleasant. The Service Advisor , Jim DeVault is very personable and professional & very happy to all address our concerns and request. The waiting room was a plus! The 1 and only thing I would suggest to be honest is keep the television on a neutral program. 1 month in and really enjoying the car. Very comfortable and quiet. The ride is smooth and pretty responsive for a true 3 rom suv. Charging has been easy and can use any fast charging stations. Home charge is very easy. Set the time, plug it in and all charged by morning. The range is holding pretty true. Using air-conditioning and cooling seats on the highway will drop the estimated range but I still did 270 miles I am 6'5" and I can fit in the 3rd row and have someone my size in front of me. The electronics are all their and using the auto hold a lot.

I ended up buying a 2019 Ford Fusion. I absolutely love the car. I would buy it again tomorrow. Ran into a few glitches on a few issues which I was confused about but they were promptly handled much to my satisfaction. My car was cleaned to perfection, received a complete checkup, oil changed at my request, met the service dept which I intend to use for all needs in the future. I met the General Manager Greg and my salesman was Blake who I highly recommend This was my first experience with Michigan City Ford and they will be my dealer moving forward for all future needs. The car is a floating couch it’s so comfy! The tech is so cool and the big screen gets compliments all the time. Once you get use to its little quirks it’s an awesome car. I wish it charged a little quicker had better speakers and was a little more powerful but those three are fair trade offs for the value and comfort. Looks super cool too my nephew calls it a space car haha.. Good job Chevy!
