This is our second Mach-E purchase. Our first was a 2021. We chose to sell it and get a 2025 Mach-E Premium. The 2025 gets revised suspension that is so much better than the previous years, which was bouncy. You can also now get the premium without the glass roof. I do not like the glass roof, so getting the premium features without it is great! Excellent power, comfort and features at a pretty good price. Love the style, too!

I have a 2017 EV and it I staying to turn off the car and check the brakes but the brakes are fine. It's seems there is no way to turn of this warning or drive the car. The car has been down and even the dealer doesn't know what it is... electric cars make it harder to isolate the problem.

Todd was great! Put down everything including his lunch to help me out last week with a Trailhawk they had on the lot. The vehicle was in great condition aside from some scratches to the rear bumper that were photoshopped out of the photos online. And a Crack in the center consoles leather that didn't show but both are cheap and easy to fix and you can't fault them for putting the vehicles best foot forward. The vehicle only came with one key but Todd was able to get his hands on a used key from another jeep that ended up saving me a few bucks. They dealt fairly on my trade and were very polite and accommodating. Filled up my tank and I couldn't be happier with my new ride. Thanks again Todd.

I bought a 2024 Rally which is the highest trim in a Mach E . It is very fast and fun smooth on the highway and can be driven on a dirt track as well as used as an every day vehicle. My only complaint is the range could be a little better and charging should be faster because the vehicle is already in its 4th year of production other than that as a long time EV owner I love the car after a month of ownership.

This is an amazing car. The build quality of this car is amazing. I have never loved my car more than I love this car. I've owned the car for 5 months now and I have not been able to wipe the smile off of my face this whole time. I've noticed that most of the people who provide a negative review of this car have unusual expectations of the car, particularly as it relates to the car's range. It's also interesting to see how people's expectations change when buying an EV. Gasoline cars come with an advertised fuel economy and range that likely won't hit. But people in gas cars don't really care if they hit those numbers and they rarely, if ever, do. They just use those numbers to compare between vehicles. But then they buy an EV and expect to get every bit of range advertised. It's unfair to judge an EV differently than a gas car. If you spend time researching the car before you buy, you learn that EV range drops when the weather is cold. Research your car before you buy it. There's plenty of information available online in forums and on YouTube so that you can make an informed decision. That's what I did, so I knew going into it what to expect. If you do that, you won't be disappointed.

Needed a vehicle ASAP. Got there at 11am, was on the road by 12:30 in a new, clean, low mileage Ford SUV. And the type of ride I needed to have. Paid half down, financed the rest. Ford ticks a lot of the right boxes for this vehicle - excellent, quiet ride quality on rough roads. Fantastic hands-free self-driving on freeways. Phone-as-key with keypad on the door convenience. As a second family car (our other car takes gas) it's awesome - never having to go to the gas station with charging at home for 1/4 the cost per mile of gas is brilliant. I've driven most of the competitors and never have I been jealous of the other cars. Until they have the phone-as-key or hands free BlueCruise, I feel lucky to have the Mach-E. And yes, I think Ford and GM need to get better at naming cars. Mustang? Blazer? How did these decisions get approved?
