I purchased a used 2022 Polestar 2 about 10 months ago. I have a PHEV Honda Clarity and I wanted to go all EV. The Polestar 2 has been a great car to own; it is very low maintenance, comfortable for tall drivers and passengers under 6 ft in height; the over the air updates are good, and we should be getting a NACS adapter in August 2024. I recommend the Polestar 2.

The moment I got the demo car onto the highway, I thought to myself, “I LOVE this car!” Which rarely happens. I test drove both the Model 3 and Model Y in snowy conditions, and had not a single bout of fear that I may lose control. This is the best car I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned many luxury cars and by far my Tesla Model Y is better than all of them. I have had the car for 2 years now and I never had any issues with the car. Very reliable, fast, and love the auto pilot. The handling is amazing and very quiet. Love the minimalistic interior. I don’t understand why other car maker put 100s of buttons in the dashboard. Love the screen and it’s user friendly.

So I did a lot of research before buying a Tesla. I knew I would like it and it would be cheaper to own than an ICE after 5 years! But what I didn't know...I don't like it, I LOVE THIS VEHICLE! I will NEVER GO BACK TO ICE!!! While I love my Tesla, I could see going to Rivian or Polestar, esp after they do their 2025 conversion to the NACS or Tesla Charging Outlets. But the Tesla Charging Network is the MAIN Reason for going with Tesla. What I also didn't know...was that Tesla regularly (bi-monthly on avg) updates and upgrades their cars with over-the-air updates...as the car gets better and BETTER, day by day! Name another car that gets better with enhancements at No Cost to the Owner. Any other car only gets better if you pay for it!!! Heck, many automakers even charge you to update their Maps! And the VOICE COMMANDS are oh so simple, just use standard language! I often rent vehicles with College Officiating and every maker out there has a complicated (non-natural) phrasing needed for their Maps...Tesla is as easy as Google Maps or Waze! I knew I would save over $300 a month charging at home vs Gas. In reality, I avg over 2K miles a month, and Home Charging is costing me $80 to $88 on avg. Oh and in my truck, I would have paid over $500 easy in Gas. So given the $200 higher monthly price point for an EV, will be worth it over time! Travel is not even remotely an issue, though you will find stopping to charge, you will find time to eat better and safer, and you will be much more relaxed upon your arrival! Enjoy the games or movies on your screen and the theater surround sound! Previous Owner of 3 Fords, 3 Saturns, 2 Chevys, 1 Jeep, and Current Owner of 1 Nissan and 1 Toyota. Oh, and there was a DODGE LEMON in a Charger that DIED every time you went from Reverse to Drive. Dodge went into the shop 30+ times and they could never find or fix it and did nothing to replace it. It eventually died on I-10 and I was lucky an 18-wheeler's air forced me off the interstate before it KILLED ME & TOTALED the Car! Again, I never want to buy another ICE car, though the Toyota was purchased as my wife's wish...but only for her wishes.

This car has been the best I’ve owned so far. Even if you aren’t looking at a Tesla, EVs in general are so much fun! I’ve had little maintenance in the three years I’ve had this car so far (tire rotations, wiper blades). Every major software update brings either new features or improvements.

Amazing car. Was able to easily fit 300 square foot of laminate wood flooring inside with the seats folded flat. I'm going to glamp in this thing. I'm going to commute in Los Angeles, take my sister's dogs around - you name it. This thing is going to get a little dirty, hah. I'm happy it has a tow hitch as an option and roof rails available. The frunk and back trunk having storage (under the flat lift boot cover in the back) are just great for shopping and carrying around smaller items. I like that the 2023s still have the stalks because my wife and I tried the 24' Model 3 without, and we don't prefer that experience just yet. This is the best, most efficient, utilitarian, and sharp looking vehicle on the market. My only feedback is the paint could be better. I think they have the fit issues with the body panels down, and the sound dampening is a ton better in the 23's with the extra carpet that they add in the back and on the sides of the vehicle. I think to address the management of the company, Tesla is a big company. The recent Supercharger team layoffs were disappointing to hear in terms of how it was handled. However, I am excited by the prospect that the U.S.A. will have the North American Charging Standard, (NACS), as the single charging standard for Electric Vehicles going forward. NACS is much more elegant than J1772 and DCFC handles, as is the typical Supercharger location and experience. Do yourself a favor and buy into the vertically integrated EV experience with Tesla and don't worry about the public charging infrastructure that others have to deal with. That'll just be your backup option if the lines are too long at the Superchargers, or if you want a better charging rate in some rare contexts. What do I think about the CEO? I don't think about him really too much... the car speaks for itself.

I'm 65 years old and have owned many cars and trucks all my life and this Tesla is completely different from anything else you will drive. People make fun of Elon Musk but he and his engine ers hit it out of the park with the Model 3 ! It looks great, drives like a dream, very quiet, instant acceleration, and "one pedal" driving where you never have to touch the brake. And all the different feature that the car does you can set up to your liking and most can be operated by voice commands. The car receives automatic "updates" over the "air" from Tesla so it is constantly getting better and learning new things.

I love this car, it has all the bells and whistles of a luxury car and a 300 mile range, full electric. I had the level 2 charger hooked up at my house and haven't been to the gas station since! This car does things I didn't even know it does--it can parallel park itself, pull out of a parking position by itself by using your phone (if you are parked too close to other vehicles to open door or if the car is in a muddy spot). After driving up to my gate callbox a few times (the clicker doesn't work so I have to enter the code) the car noticed I rolled the window down at that location, and asked if I'd like to have it automatically lower when we approach (which I do)! I love being able to put my foot under the hatchback if my hands are full and the trunk opening automatically. I was worried about running out of a charge, and granted, I haven't gone on any long trips yet, but charging overnight at home works perfectly fine for day to day usage. It is an expensive car, but I got a great deal leasing it and I think it's worth it. Slightly less trunk space than the x5 which I had before this, but as my kids have grown and moved out, I don't really need it as much. Surprising amount of torque--my husband was impressed.

We got our EQB 300 with Pinnacle trim in September and we love it. It is easy to drive and has excellent performance for our needs. You can drive this car with one foot and rarely have to apply the brakes until you need to stop. Handles well at high speeds.

Several weeks ago, I was looking at a certified 2021 X6 on your lot. A salesman happened by and I asked him about it. He introduced himself as Chris Lee, with a nice firm handshake, and began to impress me with how much he knew about this car amongst literally hundreds of used cars on your lot. He offered to pull up a sales sheet with all the pertinent information and then offered to let me test drive it. I was amazed at how much technology was incorporated into this vehicle but Chris kept showing me one cool feature after another. It was as if he had owned the car himself. Needless to say, he sold me on the car. As it was already late on a Saturday evening I tried to put a deposit on the car but was advised that the dealership doesn't honor deposits - that cars are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. So I arranged to come in the next Monday afternoon to purchase it. Unfortunately, it had already sold and, naturally, I was quite disappointed. Chris instead focused my attention on the new X3's and virtually "jumped through hoops" showing me many different X3's in various color combinations of exteriors/interiors. Due to his expertise on these vehicles, much like his knowledge of the X6, I was soon ready to purchase a brand new X3 from your dealership's in-house stock. Had an unforeseen situation not arisen involving my son working for a competitive automobile group, I would have signed a purchase agreement with Chris that afternoon. From this experience, the thought occurred to me that if all of Principal BMW of San Antonio's salespeople were as efficient and knowledgeable of the BMW product line as Chris Lee, you all (with the exception of your excellent service staff) could just go home. This car is simply amazing. It's my second electric car and my first BMW. The i5 gives me what I never knew I was missing from my previous car (Tesla Model 3). First, the comfort and silence of the i5's cabin is significantly better than anything I've driven before. It takes the bumps so comfortably and I love how my trips on the interstate are surprisingly quiet inside. The styling is gorgeous, too. Classic BMW sedan look, brought a few years into the future. Great balance between aggressive and refined. Inside, I love the giant display. Everything's there in sight, without having to switch back and forth between screens. Plus, I have just the right amount of physical controls so I don't have to use the touch screen all the time. Finally, the performance is incredible. I've got several modes to choose from, to fit my driving for the trip. Sport is obviously my favorite, especially with the sounds that are included! This was definitely the most expensive vehicle I've bought, but overall, I have no regrets... fit, finish, and feature-set are all top notch.
