Chuck Fairbanks Chevrolet review
Exceptional Service from Anna Fain at Chuck Fairbanks Although I have always been a loyal Sewell customer, Anna at Chuck Fairbanks completely changed my perspective with the outstanding service she provided after my car was involved in an accident. From the beginning, Anna went above and beyond her responsibilities to make sure my vehicle was repaired properly and that I was kept informed throughout the entire process. She was professional, knowledgeable, caring, and always willing to answer my questions. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. What impressed me most was how much she genuinely cared about helping me. She treated me like a valued customer and worked hard to ensure everything was done right. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find. Thank you, Anna, for your dedication, professionalism, and exceptional service. You truly went above and beyond, and I greatly appreciate all of your help! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
2019 Chevrolet Malibu review
Terez Porter was the best salesman who promised and delivered A1 service from beginning to end. Kind courteous and patient. He answered all of our questions. Wonderful experience. I would recommend this place a thousand times over!! We enjoyed working with Terez Porter and Eric Duncan. They were very professional, and patient, and took care of all our questions/concerns. I highly recommend Hendrick Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and FIAT of Concord!!!

Janice at the Collision Center front desk. She was just as wonderful. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Her kindness and professionalism made me feel valued and reassured throughout the process Thank you, Anna and Janice, for a job well done. You are both true assets to Chuck Fairbanks, and I greatly appreciate everything you did for me! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
2024 Chevrolet Equinox review
I've had my fwd lt for a few months now. Great car. At first I thought it was a bit underpowered, but it more than makes up for it in fuel economy. Clean interior, not too many buttons and the standard screen is small but really intuitive to use. Overall an excellent vehicle that fully meets my needs

Breaks down every other day, Not very reliable but when it works it works great. Very reliable until I inherited it. After I got it of course everything sucks.
