After coming home from a vacation, the last thing we expected was for our car not to start. Unfortunately, we had to have it towed to Lovering Volvo. Cheryl was incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. She accepted the tow, quickly got us set up with a loaner vehicle, and made sure our car was diagnosed and repaired in no time. What could have been a very stressful and frustrating situation was made so much easier thanks to Cheryl. She was kind, efficient, and truly took great care of us throughout the entire process. First things first... I view any car as a necessary evil.... I view them as something to get stuff from point A to point B. If I had My druthers I'd bicycle everywere but, since I live in the Berkshires of Massachusetts and as such we get a lot of snow and I can't. The Impreza fits the bill of what I need in a car. I have driven many cars in all kinds of conditions, the Impreza has never let me down. I'll admit it won't win most drag races but if you're looking for safety and reliability look no further. Mine is a lease and is the base model, but is chock full of great and useful features such as lane assist, hazard warning and my favorite adaptive cruise control (which brakes for you as the car in front of you slows down.) I had the first iteration of the Impreza in the nineties and that was good... This is awesome. Before I leased the Impreza I did due diligence by test driving Honda, Hyundai, Nissan and Toyota... The Impreza had most of the features I wanted at the price point that I wanted... Also the only manufacturer that offered AWD on the base model.

We had the pleasure of working with Dan Carlen and Ben Carter during our time at Lovering Volvo. Dan really helped guide us through the car buying process and really cared that I felt comfortable driving the car I chose. He treated my dad and I with so much kindness and respect. He truly wanted me to be in a safe car and was very patient with all of our questions. Ben helped us handle the finances for the car and was very understanding with our opinions. This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

Dan Carlen was excellent in helping me with my new car. He took the time to explain everything clearly and guided me through all the paperwork. He also kept me updated on my plate registration, which I really appreciated. Great service and a warm welcome at Lovering Volvo!

Because it a great car because the car has 118k miles on it and its only 15,371 dollars and its used and works very well

I purchased my Outback Premium in 2022 new. Liked the color. silver, and didn't want moonroof or a lot of extras that could break. Bad battery experience has really disappointed our experience although the cars performance and comfort has not.

I am in my seventies and didn't want to buy new so i I looked at over twenty used vehicles during my search. This Subaru Outback was the best driving vehicle of all that I tried. I own several American cars in the past and I'll never buy another American car again after buying this Subaru. I feel a lot safer and a lot more comfortable in the Subaru Crosstrek than I ever felt in any American car built that I ever drove

Very fast in getting appointment. Service was fast. Facility always clean. The customer service representative walked around waiting area talking to customers. She was very attentive and so sweet.

Very happy with my HR-V sport model. Exterior design of the car is very nice Interior is a little small with not much room for storing things. Would not recommend this car to avery large person but for a smaller individual it is perfect, Runs well, has more pick up than I thought it would have. Based on only been driving it for 3 weeks I do recommend it.

Went in to replace a spare tire and get alignment. Didn?t have replacement tire in stock so they went somewhere nearby to get a tire for me which was great. Tire replacement and alignment took 5 hours, not great. Said that they would fix the plastic molding, but it was still damaged after the service. Overall great facilities and customer service, it just took much longer than expected

I've never owned a Subaru before but after purchasing the Forester, I may never own anything but a Subaru again! I love the Eyesight Drivers Assistant that it came equipped with. I can see why this car has one of the best safety ratings out there. The interior is very open, spacious, & comfortable and the panoramic sunroof is amazing! It drives and handles like a dream. I would recommend this car to anyone. You won't be disappointed!

I always love BMWs. This is my favorite and most reliable. It's a 2012 with 90k miles and is experiencing only "older car" issues. Love the ease of the top and the size is perfect for me. Warning: be careful of servicing at dealerships. My top was stuck up. Dealership told me $3500 to fix. My regular mechanic told me it was only a little plastic piece and replaced for $0. Dealership: Fermin BMW in Palm Harbor, FL. Avoid them.

This is the first Honda I have ever owned and will likely be the last as I expect it to out live me lol. We travel back and too from North Georgia to SW Florida and the car is so comfortable that I make the drive in one day. We get good gas mileage and the Pilot is a nice looking car with plenty of power.

Ride a little rough not like my Murano drove very smooth. Rogue feels all street bumps I do enjoy it anything I can do to make my ride more comfortable

Love the handling. The seats are stiff, heater air conditioning controls are hard to read at night. I leased the Imprezza hatchback and love that I can put the weekly groceries in the back and unload easily. Gas mileage is good for an all wheel drive vehicle. Next time I will lease the Crosstek as the Imprezza is to low to the ground.

This is my first Subaru. So far I love it. We will be taking it on a 300+ mile trip this weekend and it will be the real test!

2004 jeep wrangler sport s 2 door. So far it is wonderful. Bought it just as a fun beach jeep but it has turned into our daily driver. Only problem is my wife wants to drive it all the time. She has claimed it as HER car. Guess I will need to just buy MY jeep.

Bought my 2017 used in 2020 with 14,000 original miles. Very happy with it. The shifter took some getting used to as it's not as smooth as other cars in its class. Otherwise it's been very dependable, good at plowing through drift left by snow xxxxxxat my driveway. Good under carriage clearance. Great heating and cooling system.

I've had mine for three years and absolutely love my car!!! I'm to the point in life where I really don't drive much, and can certainly use the money. But, I won't sell if the price isn't comparable to the worth.

Had car 8 yrs only trouble I had was upper o2 snsir went out. Still runs like a kitten.Great sound system, easy steering wheel control. Drive it from Louisiana to North Carolina once a year great gas mileage.

I was between a rock and a hard place after my Honda passed away-it drove itself to its demise due to the handbrake not on tight enough. So I had nothing to trade, no leverage. I know Subarus owned many Outbacks and they go forever. The problem is I'm 5' tall and this car is too big for me after the Honda and a Miata I have. I had 2 big dogs and felt the car would be great for a dog owner. Which it is. One dog rode on the back seat (covered) the other had the back to herself. Great for a dog owner. If you need a crate there's plenty of room. This would be a great vehicle for a children or pet family. I only have one 10 yr old dog left and this uses too much gas for me to consider a practical vehicle.

It was a great experience. The salesman, Gary, was very helpful and not pushy at all. I would buy from him anytime. The process was very smooth, and I was in and out in only a couple of hours.

Overall a great vehicle. I recommend sitting in the front passenger seat before buying. If you are 5'8" or more you will hit your head getting in and out as seat is high and can not be adjusted on the XLE model.
