First thing you need to know is that we didn't even buy a car from Valley. We strolled in one day, exhausted from the high pressure tactics of a neighboring lot and met Thomas. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and absolutely no pressure. After a couple of weeks of his calling us (at our request) with cars we might be interested in and taking us on multiple drives of multiple models, we actually found the perfect car at another lot. We were so close to a RAV4 with Valley but the perfect Outlander fell into our hands on the same day: Thomas was the person who introduced us to the Outlander; he just didn't have on within our budget. When I called to tell him, he wasn't bummed out at all -- he congratulated us on finding something to suit our needs. It was refreshing to have a salesperson more interested in making a suited match than a sale. I also had a great conversation with Bob in the pre-owned lot checking outa couple of other options. That guy knows cars and has sold so many he doesn't even need to sell one to you (but he will, because he's good). There's nothing here that would stop Valley from being our first stop next time we need a new car. Stop by and see Thomas or Bob, they'll set you up right.

I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

I’ve had a half dozen Audi’s including several A4s an A3, A5 and a Q3, but this S5 is closest to perfection. I love the versatility of having a refined four door sedan and a huge opening hatch for my bikes. Then set the drive select to dynamic and you have a fun sports car! My main gripe: the virtual cockpit doesn’t work for me and it was hard to find one with analog dials. Also I didn’t like the new touch screen MMI so I bought an older one. Note to Audi: simpler is better!

I would love to keep this short and sweet, but it wouldn?t do justice to the amazing service I received from Nic, Armin and the team at Valley. I bought a car from Nic about 6 months ago. I quickly realized that it wasn?t what I was looking for. After months of debating I finally decided to start looking again. I wanted to go back to Valley right away because of the amazing service I had received before, but their used inventory didn?t match my criteria I looked elsewhere. That was a big mistake! After dealing with sales people that didn?t listen to me and just not finding what I was needing, I pretty much gave up. I decided to try Valley one more time. When I got there Nic was busy with another customer so Joseph helped me out. Joseph was great and also fun to work with. He also appreciated my driving skills, so A+ in my book. He even told me that if they don?t have a car I?m looking for they can actually work to get it. I wish I had known that earlier because I wouldn?t have wasted so much time looking elsewhere. At the end of the day Nic and Armin actually stayed late to get the paperwork completed and get my trade done. I really appreciated that as I didn?t want to have to come back the next day. I just wanted to enjoy my new car! A+++ in my book! Side note: it was nice to see the calculator I had requested in my previous review for Nic was there, because it sure came in handy! Just as I was leaving we realized that one of my taillights was burned out, but because the service center was already closed for the night I would have to come back. But I didn?t!! Because Nic actually picked up my car, got the light fixed, and brought it back to me all while I was at work. Truly goes to show that even after the sale the service is 5 stars!!! While I hope that I don?t have to buy another car for a long time, I will definitely make Valley my first stop next time and I will tell others to look there as well! Now if only they had Apple watches to make all that mandatory texting they have to do between departments easier and would make for quicker customer service!

Has the comfort for the daily driver but the performance when you want it to enjoy when not in traffic. I wish I could keep this car but must sell as I need a larger car for my growing family.

The SUV has exceeded all expectations. Great Road Car, excellent handling and comfort. The Acceleration was surprising, I have no issues passing or returning to Hwy speed after slowing down or stopping. Happy Customer.

I’ve only had this car for a few days. I’m in love with it. Only 13000 miles. Still has that new car smell 😁. The ride is great! As I stated earlier I’m a return customer. I previously owned a Mercedes that I purchased from you guys. I got excellent service with it. Had no complaints. The car was seven years old when I traded it. And only a bit over 40000 miles on it.

I feel fortunate to own this car. I like to buy new vehicles, but a new Audi was out of my budget. However, I am happy with my used Audi.

It's great the ride is very quiet and comfortable, smooth and it will get you a speeding ticket. Audi has a great warranty on their vehicles.

As we tow our car often behind my wife's commercial truck, we buy a standard transmission vehicle for my use. The largest car with a manual gearbox is the Audi A6. Available models run through 2004, as it was dropped with the manual option from the US market. There are still several out there for sale and due to their quality, they are with purchasing. Love the high quality finishes and powerful performance. My last one I purchased was an incredible value. I highly recommend!

Excellent car. I got the Diesel model and the mpg is the best I have seen in this category. For an all wheel drive vehicle that can tow 4400 pounds and weight over 4k, I don't think there is any auto that can beat the efficiency of it.

Not only a very good little SUV but it's just what I need at this time. I love the engine/transmission and road-holding. The ride is sporty with plenty of feedback from the road. The trunk is a bit on the small side but with the rear seatbacks down it's OK for my needs. I also love the combination exterior/interior - Florentine silver/chestnut leather - I think i am the only car like this in my hometown.

The ‘21 A4 Premium Plus S Line is my third consecutive Audi ... love it! Quiet, powerful, safe and fast! This conveyance offers a great deal of wonderful, useful tech, too. It’s two tone interior is gorgeous. Love it!

Very fast SUV, it looks like the car is not heavy for the Engine. Very comforable. Nice driving. Customer service in Southamerica is not so good. In general I am very happy.

Had no issues with vehicles performance. In fact I averaged 24 MPG on 62,000 miles driven in the Dallas Fort Worth area. You don't get that with any SUV, but this Q7 did!

I have owned this car for just over a year. No mechanical problems, very fun to drive. Took it across the country, very comfortable for driver and passenger. Loves to cruise at 75-85 mph and will go much faster. I thought I got a great deal on it. I paid half the sticker price and it had under 10,000 miles on it.

This car is great for long trips excellent mileage love the diesel engine and its performance couldn’t ask for a more stable comfortable driving car on the road
