Bought the car and before I could even get home the car breaks down was told nothing they could do sense I was on the road plus car was sold as is and said they had no problems with said vehicle..... also bought an extended warranty and the part I needed was not covered I called to talk to dealer and said sorry nothing they could do... I feel if you buy a car and it breaks down less than 24 hrs the dealership should incur at least half the cost.... I just feel I was duped for 13k I had to drop another 1000 to get the part i needed from the oem dealership!!!
Recently contacted by the dealer due to misunderstanding. Owner was genuinely concerned with "Brake" light appearing in my car so shortly after purchasing. He was great in assisting me and finding a solution. Bought my car without even seeing it in person due to the great reviews by many and the trust I had in Dallas Auto Exchange. These guys are top-notch professionals and will make your car-buying experience great. This was my 1st car, and I'll definitely be getting the 2nd from them as well

With the delivery of my new Pista, I have to commend Nathan and the rest of the Boardwalk Ferrari team for another job well done. Extra time and effort in getting the car spec'd properly and staying on top of things while in production. Very timely delivery has now made for an extremely satisfied client, yet once again. Nathan, Brian, and the rest of the staff certainly know how to take care of you when providing such an exemplary product. Deal with the best, forget the rest.....

It was time for the annual service on our Ferrari. Larry Neighbors has taken good care of our car since our first visit last year. This service visit was no exception. Your service team defines 'premium service'. My expectations are always exceeded.... PS: It was great to see the new showroom and customer lounge. (It sure beats the 'trailer' I waited in the last couple of times I was there for service...???)
My experience with Boardwalk has been amazing. They are super attentive and very service oriented. The work has been completed on time and they kept me abreast of progress at any point. As a owner of several business and a purchaser of many vehicles the best thing about Boardwalk Ferrari is everything. The building the floors, the bathrooms are always spotless. But brick glass and mortar do not sell automobiles people do. Everyone you deal with is truly professional,polite, knowledgeable and respectable. Philip Antinone is great to deal with and provides a no hassle old fashioned Texas way of doing business.
As a "car guy" who has dealt with many of the high-end dealerships in Dallas, I consider Boardwalk Ferrari to be first class in all aspects of their business. Their service department has always been easy to deal with, and responsive to any issues I've had with my cars over the years. On this last visit, a critical part needed to come from Italy. Steve Fordham got involved in the process, and Naz Hormozi was incredibly proactive, keeping me informed on the progress of having the part shipped, installed and the car delivered. Boardwalk employees share their customer's pride in these unique and special vehicles. They also respect their customers, which is not always seen in this business. I trust them to care for my Ferraris.

Finding a new car is so stressful especially when having to do it in a hurry. Mo really helped us through the process. When I wanted to tear my hair out he along with my fiance really calmed me down. I will definitely come back and recommend.
We were heading out of town for a road trip, but the charger in the wife's car stopped working. Blown fuse?!? The Boardwalk folks graciously checked it out for us, replaced the fuse while I waited, and didn't even charge us a cent! Great team of professionals!
Michael Johnson was a pleasure to deal with. He sold me my dream corvette and made the purchase easy and hassle free. The owner is a great guy as well. He was up there on Saturday pressure washing the building by himself. Was impressive seeing the owner out sweating while his employees were in the air conditioning. Tells me a lot about his work ethics and what he expects from his employees. He even took the time to tell me about my Vette in detail. Seemed like a great guy. They were all great.
