I am not ready to buy a new car, but I won't turn down car shopping. I have no chance of buying a Ferrari (unless I win the lottery), but I can dream. The salespeople are nice. The cars are beautiful.

Bought my Maserati ( used) from these guys- I am across the country from them but they treated like I was there neighbor.... was so worried but they checked the car for every scratch and mark and reported to me before I bought. They quickly responded to my offer, and helped in locating a shipper to compare my cost .... car had a title issue that took extra time but they responded to get it fixed before the tag ran out, it was close but title arrived overnight. They will be contacted on my next purchase!!! Fair price and good people... keep up the great work!!

I turned into Continental Ferrari dealership before getting on the expressway because I was having an issue with my tire (the lug nuts were loose). Greg, Sean, and Jeff assisted me. What a great team! I had no intention of purchasing a car, yet they were still concerned with helping me.

I had an issue with the keys on my Ferrari California! Gary, Taylor, in service, and Bob in parts were amazing! They explained the process and solved my issue, getting me a new set of keys and reprograming them! These guys are great and have earned my business in the future! Thanks Again!!

I had visited this dealership a few times before and never really felt convinced to move forward with a purchase. By the end of the visit, I had found the one that truly fit me, and I felt confident about the decision. Jerry has a way of making people feel comfortable while still being straightforward and knowledgeable about what he’s selling. I am an out of town buyer and Raj worked with me to make sure I was satisfied before and after purchase. He followed up timely and walked the vehicle with me via FaceTime twice. He took me on a drive via FaceTime and even found a chip in the window and had it fixed before delivery. I recently purchased A 2018 Alpina B7 from Ray at Motor Cars Of Chicago. When I purchased the car I made it clear to Ray that I was going to be in need of the title in ASAP fashion – Ray said I’d have the title within two weeks and boy did I just like he said he fulfilled the promise he made no questions asked. Also on the way home after taking delivery, I had a very minor problem that turned out to be a bad battery. Ray was unaware of when we took delivery of the car – Ray didn’t hesitate he reimbursed me for the batteries I had to have installed at the BMW dealer by the BMW dealer. He said the car was flawless and he stood behind that statement. Ray is very straightforward and no xx perhaps not full of warm fuzzies for everyone but a great way to do business, especially in the luxury and highline car business. I find Ray to be honorable direct and stand up and we’ll do business with him again if I had any reservations about doing business with them before this transaction, they are all completely gone and yours should be too. Thank you, Ray for a great transaction and a great automobile.
