I received a loner vehicle while my 2014 ES 350 Mark Jacobson Lexus stayed overnite at Chantilly. I woke up today January 24 full of brightness started my loaner Lexus and off we went. I did one errand and was prepared to return the loaner. Engine refused to turn over. Called my Lexus service rep Hetty Stoner and turned me over to Lexus Roadside Assistance. Came with in 45 minutes and off we went to Chantilly. Constructive tips- please give a loaner with at least half tank of gas and inform customer as to start up procedure in every loaner vehicle. Weather permitting make sure all loaners have been cleaned and washed for eye candy effect. First cabin not log cabin. I love Pohanka Lexus. I'd been looking for this car for a while and came across two at different dealerships in my area, unfortunately they sold really fast. So, I started my search online and although I was a bit skittish of buying a car online without seeing or driving it first, I couldn't be happier with the car, the process, and most of all the salesman, Mitchell Macaluso. This is the Ferrari for someone who wants a smooth ride, its very easy to get in and out of. It still has 490 HP and Gets to 60 in under 4 seconds and it sounds like any other Ferrari, but I would call it the Ferrari for seniors. The interior is beautiful and everything is very functional. The only flaw I can find is the cheap Chrysler entertainment center. It doesn't match the "state of the art" car it's in. If you are having a midlife, ( or "late life" crisis ), this is the exotic you want.

When you come to buy, look for Henry Rivalta. He is the best! Very professional and detail oriented! The processes quick and fast 👍
