A great driving car with lots of power, comfort and handling. I have not had it long enough to review the reliability but thus far it has been fine. This is the Turbocharged 552 Hp version of the California so 0 to 60 is about 3.5 seconds....plenty of power for me. My car is the Handling Speciale which gives the car a tighter suspension for better handling and a better sounding exhaust system. I am replacing a Porsche 911 4S that I have had for 15 years and this car beats it in every category and that is saying a lot. For the price you can buy these cars for used, it is a bargain for what you get.

I love the feel of the front engine California Ferrari, very comfortable, plenty of power, great handling, and a great benefit low maintenance. The hardtop convertible is a very cool feature. Love this car

What can I say. Overall a great experience. They really enjoy what they do over here and the stock of cars is amazing!! One word of advice is make sure you check every small detail. The sales people can miss details and so can you. They move cars QUICK here and the sales reps on a Saturday seemed very busy!! The dealer had burgers and drinks to share with us while we waited which was awesome. Before I met the owner and his son, I was getting the feeling this was a family business, and it is! Really a great experience and awesome selection of cars. A++ dealer for used high end cars!

After considering a change from the Cali T to the 488, I did it. Got a ‘17 488 Spider w 5k miles. Best move I’ve ever done. The 488 is a drivable super car that’s art work in motion. It has a great ride and unbelievable performance. It’s what Enzo would want for a drivable super car. Lastly, it is a stunner and people I never thought have asked for pictures with it. I found Brett online after searching for an E39. He had 2! After much deliberation back and forth between them both, I decided to go ahead and buy the car sight unseen, and a 30 minute facetime call later, I was happy and felt comfortable. 10 day slater the car arrived, and was EXACTLY as was described and how I saw it on the facetime call. I used to be in the car biz, and it is so refreshing to find someone else with such honesty and integrity as Brett. Had the pleasure of working with Nick at CarNu Sales earlier this month on a 2000 triple black Corvette, six-speed manual, well optioned and extremely well maintained by 2 previous owners. Nick was a stand-up guy in every respect. After a test drive, I submitted a short list of items needing attention, which Nick took care of without delay - all items were satisfactorily resolved. Couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. They don't have a mechanic on staff but he took it a nearby Chevy dealer for a pre-buy inspection, which came back without issues. It's easy to see why there are so many positive reviews for CarNu; from my perspective, they very quietly attend to customer satisfaction and do everything they said they would do - can't ask for a better purchasing experience. I live in NJ and Nick handled all temporary title & registration requirements very professionally. If there's a car you're interested in at CarNu, do yourself a favor and go talk with them. I have owned several sports cars, including a Corvette and 2 Porsches. This car is better and way more fun to drive than any car I've ever owned or driven! The steering feel is simply awesome, the sound is breathtaking (I'm not kidding). The looks are unreal. The speed and handling is not like a GTR or any other super fast car, but it definitely is not slow, and easily fast enough to entertain any normal person. I wasn't sure about getting the paddle shifting F1 transmission over a satandard 6 speed, but the more I use it, the more I enjoy it. It doesn't shift as quickly as a dual clutch transmission. It's only a sequential single clutch but it sure is quicker than if a human was shifting. It will also rev match and do perfect heel and toe downshifting, and in sport mode it does awesome double clutch upshifts with lightning speed! This car gets a little more attention than I would like, but I guess it's expected with such a beautiful car. As far as comfort goes, it is a sports car with stiff suspension, so you have to expect a firm ride. The ride is very stable though, and the chassis is very ridgid so it feels very solid. I'm not totally crazy about the stock seats, after about 40 minutes, I get a little achy from them, I think it just hits my upper back in a bad spot. The Daytona optional seats are definitely more comfortable, and worth getting if possible. The interior is very high quality. The materials are nice, it's mostly leather covered, but it is a little spartan. It is definitely classy though. Simple, but classy. I have no regrets on the purchase, and only have one question: Why did I wait so long? It is almost like a drug, I can't stop driving it! If I go 2 days without driving it I start getting anxious to drive it again! I never had that feeling before with any other car, even though I'm a car nut. If you are considering one, just do your research to make sure that it doesn't have any of the "common" issues wrong with it, and make sure all the recalls/campaigns were done on it. Make sure that it had a recent belt service (must be done every 3 years, and cost a few thousand $'s). Also make sure you do a PPI (pre purchase inspection) at a reputable dealer or private shop. This will be a few hundred dollars, but it will be a great investment. Repairs are VERY expensive, you want to minimize that. Take your time and find one that suits your needs and price range, they vary greatly. These cars can vary from $50K to $110K depending on mileage, condition, coupe or convertible, etc. I don't know about reliability yet because I've only owned it for 2 months and 700 miles.
