Second, I have now had two services performed and my service advisor Luis is areal professional; they take my car in on time and it is ready on time and they explain all that will be done. The best is when you pickup the car the work has been done to perfection and the car has been washed/detailed when you get it. My husband and I purchased a car from this dealership almost 2 months ago. I must say that Calvin Goodwin was a great salesman, and very attentive to our needs. We entered the dealership just to inquire what trade in value we could receive for my K5. Calvin took the time to explain all the features of our dream car the EClass 350. Calvin took the time to explain the Leasing of a vehicle vs the purchase. He was able to work a desk within our budget and we came out of the dealership with a Brand new vehicle off the showroom floor. Calvin is a great asset to this company, always keeping the needs of his customers a priority. After we agreed to purchase a vehicle, Calvin turned us over to the finance manager, Marc, who was also very instrumental in ensuring we stayed within our budget. Marc was very easy to talk with and he explained the different maintenance programs Mercedes Benz had to offer. This is the Ferrari for someone who wants a smooth ride, its very easy to get in and out of. It still has 490 HP and Gets to 60 in under 4 seconds and it sounds like any other Ferrari, but I would call it the Ferrari for seniors. The interior is beautiful and everything is very functional. The only flaw I can find is the cheap Chrysler entertainment center. It doesn't match the "state of the art" car it's in. If you are having a midlife, ( or "late life" crisis ), this is the exotic you want.

She genuinely cares for customer making entire process flawless. Clear and easy communication, diagnostic sent to phone. Krystal and Rachel had my loaner car waiting. Rachel was also on her A game with her organization. Easy process I arrive sign, Krystal gave me choice to get breakfast while I'm there I selected espresso. I was impressed by diagnostic test sent to my phone with video from A1 Porsche mechanic describing what service car needs. I was able to select services I wanted done this visit. Also found re-call on headlights that needed to be done. Krystal also went out of her way to save me money, what dealership does that? Pick up process was flawless paid thru online link. I dropped loaner off and walked to my car that was washed, and gas tank was filled. Krystal, Rachel are the best team. Porsche is lucky to have quality people on their staff.

I have been a Customer of Ferrari PB for almost 10 years. Initially ,I had them serve my Maserati from up north. Frequently, my wife and I would wait for service just to walk around their show room. Everyone was always very courteous and inviting. I’m now a regular customer and have purchased 3 cars from them. I’ve always dealt with TONY . He’s very professional and has guided me through several purchase. Their service department is second to none. I’ve been dealing with JAMES for almost 5 years now. I have his cell phone in the event of after hours issues. A while ago, I called him early evening on an issue with my car. It was strange that I didn’t hear from him immediately. Fortunately, it wasn’t anything major. However, the next morning I got a call from him and he apologized for not getting back immediately. He said he was on vacation in Europe and just saw my missed call. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE. I know they treat all service customers this way whether the car was purchased there or else. I think I know just about everyone there by first name. Sometimes when I’m in the area and just stop by to say hello. This is truly a 5 STAR DEALERSHIP Earlier this week, I had a warning notice on my car. I called James and he said, don’t drive it, I’ll have a truck pick it up. A great driving car with lots of power, comfort and handling. I have not had it long enough to review the reliability but thus far it has been fine. This is the Turbocharged 552 Hp version of the California so 0 to 60 is about 3.5 seconds....plenty of power for me. My car is the Handling Speciale which gives the car a tighter suspension for better handling and a better sounding exhaust system. I am replacing a Porsche 911 4S that I have had for 15 years and this car beats it in every category and that is saying a lot. For the price you can buy these cars for used, it is a bargain for what you get.
