Purchased this vehicle used in mid-2024 with 42K miles. Third owner. There is virtually no learning curve when switching from an ICE vehicle to the Fiat 500e. Despite its tiny, ultra compact exterior, it provides substantial interior room for two fairly large people (6’5”/290 lb and 6’2”/230 lb). Headroom is excellent - better than the majority of ICE vehicles. Legroom is good given that I have a 35” inseam. Shoulder room is adequate for two large males. In summary, the Fiat 500e is amazingly comfortable transportation for two large people. But no one is riding in the backseat unless the driver and front passenger are 5’6” or less. Cargo is, as you would expect, is quite limited, although I have found it to be adequate for daily activities with the rear seats folded. Performance is peppy up through 60-70 mph. The air conditioner has an auto-temperature feature and works well. The factory sound system is excellent. And the braking system is very smooth and predictable and transitions seamlessly between regenerative braking and physical braking at 6 mph and below. I absolutely love the Fiat 500e as a local commuter.

I cannot recommend Eddie Aguilar at California Motors Direct enough! If you want a salesperson who is terrifically professional and truly on your side, this is the guy. We drove through two counties and fought a ton of traffic to make this deal happen, and Eddie was more than patient with our schedule. What really blew us away was that he and his manager stayed late just to ensure we left that night with the car we deserved. It felt like "NO" wasn't even in his work vocabulary—he ground out the details and made the numbers work perfectly for both the lender and me. The BMW i4 is running beautifully, and you weren't lying when you said I paid below market price! this is a new experience, internet car buying. i been browsing for a week or two when a 2025, 812 mils, fair price jeep, grand cherokee was aired at superstition springs lexus. mesa, az scared me, i'm prescott,az.. my contact initially was mayra. she answered key questions. i was determined to see this suv.. before leaving i was contacted by john meyers. he was going to be my sales person. i hoped he knew something about jeeps. my terms were, reasonable trade in for my honda, CRV, jeep had as advertised, and cash difference. john walked me through the jeep details. i was quite pleased with his knowledge from front to back, he knew jeeps. after a test dr. the wheels went into motion. a women, i believe was called heather made sure i had coffee, water, and snacks. the sales process was in motion, john was busy,alerting every office involved in my purchase. i was out and on the road after several hrs. it was a good experience. i like my jeep!

I’ve had this car for 6 years now and it still performs as good as the day I bought it. It’s quick at acceleration, the best car I’ve ever driven for turns and handling and ZERO maintenance! I took it to the dealership last year for any needed upkeep, the dealership specialist said everything was fine. No break work needed, no alternators, timing belts, battery changes, I’ve never had a car that required no upkeep, it’s amazing. I had bodywork finished on my Fiat 500e due to another driver backing into my car. I rented a BMW and a Tesla, the Fiat 500e easily handles the best, it can zoom past traffic and glide into parking spaces easily. The BMW choked at corners and low speeds and I felt like I was turning a boat while driving it, it felt like the BMW was downgrade compared to the 500e. /rant over Fiat 500e xxxx yeah!

I bought the 2016 Fiat 500e in 2019, as an off-lease used car with 45,000 miles on it. As of this review I now have 49,000 miles and the car still drives and performs like a new car. The 2016 model is somewhat updated from earlier versions, I can easily drive up to 90 miles around town, or up to about 75 miles at highway speeds. The car has acceleration like a sports car and is extremely easy to drive and park just about anywhere. The interior is well designed and surprisingly spacious. For an average commuter driving typically less than 60 miles per day, this car works well and saves a lot of money by not buying gas. One of the non-advertised features is that the Fiat factory supplied charging cord can be used on 120 Volts (Level 1 charging) or 240 Volts (Level 2 charging). This means that you do not need to purchase additional expensive charging equipment to fully charge the car in about 6 hrs. This car does not have a big enough battery for long trips, but as a low maintenance, money saving commuter car, this car is truly a hidden gem in the EV market. I would highly recommend this car.

My Fiat 500e was short-lived due to an accident, but it was a fantastic car once you get used to the range limitations. I work at home, but this car is a great second/commute car if that's relevant. First off, the car (mine was Celeste Blu) is a showstopper, and I constantly got compliments. The interior is equal parts stylish and quirky, all leather (mine was white/steam) and bright. A little cramped but crazy fun to drive. If you have a charger (I do), you just plug it in like a phone and it's always at 100%. The entertainment system is glitchy, but I added a mount and streamed from my phone. Overall, I miss this car and I'm sad I had to give it up. If you have the chance to get one, get one. It will probably be easy to sell later.

We enjoyed the positive, relaxed atmosphere at this dealership. Friendly people but not pushy. Lots of cars on a small space. All cars have doors unlocked, with keys inside, so you can enter and see for yourself - without being attacked with nonsense by some annoying sales person. In result, we made a fast purchase, after a quick negotiation with Ricky and Angel. Paperwork was done quickly and professionally, and my daughter left with her new car.

Living in Houston, everything that I need is within 12 miles. I, and my son, also use the car for work which usually uses 17 miles, but may use up to the 84 miles of range. I also haul up to five dogs to the park every night (8 miles). I have Level-1 and Level-2 chargers at home so there is never a problem with charging. It is a super fun car to drive and, thus, perfect for me.
