As a divorced mom, I find dealerships intimidating. A friend referred me to Deb Boyden. I have had my 500 for about 10 months and just love the car. Mine is a 5 speed standard and the fuel economy is great. Love the cool styling of the car and it rides and handles very well for a small short wheel base car. More than I expected from such a small car. Simply put "I love it".

I finally decided to get a new vehicle to replace my 1998 Chevy van and Stan McNabb had a Trash for Cash promotion. (I'd actually bought the van new from this dealer!) Fortunately, Arick Nazimek greeted me and worked with me for almost 2 solid days to help me decide the type vehicle I needed. He never showed the slightest indication of the stereotypical car salesman. His professionalism and knowledge of the industry and especially the dealer and surrounding area inventory was top notch. However, it was Arick's friendly, non-pressuring manner and unending patience that won me over. He genuinely wanted me to get my "wow" vehicle no matter the model or price. Stan McNabb is lucky to have such a fine young man serving their dealership and our small town community. When we finally decided on the 2014 certified Impala, Arick was ready to help seal the deal any way we were most comfortable with. When it came time for the financial part of the closing, we were fortunate again to work with Joe Licata. Joe was professional and very knowledgeable of all the forms and maintenance offers to our purchase. I especially liked his visual descriptions of the options. He guided us through the many forms and was deeply dedicated to ensuring we fully understood each one. I didn't catch their names, but the little interaction I had with the showroom reception desk, service department, administrative, and other staff was equally pleasant. Stan McNabb Chevrolet is extremely wise to retain such dedicated employees. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend Arik and Joe to anyone seeking another vehicle. I plan to keep my Impala for a long time but rest assured, when it's time to trade, I hope Arik and Joe are there to guide me through the process once again. I highly recommend others give them an opportunity to share their superb customer service skills with you. You won't be disappointed!

I love this car so much! It’s such a unique look and the inside is so cool. The dash always matched the color of your car which I think is awesome! If you like unique cars this is definitely a great option! It drives really smooth and I drive about an hour to work and back. The gas is great to! One thing I will complain about is I got a 2016 used Fiat 500X Pop and the radio was so outdated. It didn’t come with Bluetooth or back up camera. I’m not about having all the extra amenities but I think Bluetooth is important so you can answer phone calls without holding the phone to your ear, which is now illegal. But other then that, it’s amazing.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. I am a second-time Fiat 500 owner going from a 2012 Pop to a 2013 Abarth. I had decided to step up for the turbocharger, heated seats, beats audio and overall more premium feel of the car. I worked with my sales rep Brenden who was very friendly and professional and covered the features of the car and what came with it. He showed me the Carfax and what came with the car from the factory covering all the bases. Since it was not present when I showed up we looked at the 124 on the lot as they share an engine. We talked with David and he set me up with a test drive of the 124 to get a feel of the performance. I liked the feel of the interior and from the many pictures he was able to show me of the Abarth we moved forward with the deal. Brenden and Ben worked with me to complete the paperwork and Ben covered all of the optional warranty items and protection packages. One of my sticking points was that I had to get the lifetime warranty if I chose to go with the Abarth as I didn't want to have to hunt down electrical gremlins or fix a broken sunroof. He gave me some first-hand experience cases from some of the warranty and protection items to step me through how they worked and after looking at my options and pricing things out we went with just the Lifetime Factory Warranty. After sleeping on it however I reconsidered and spoke to Ben who was able to get me setup with the Auto Care package as well. The replacement for a lost key and especially the refinish/replace of a bent wheel are all but mandatory in MN. I also spoke with David and I let him know I was thinking about trading in my Pop. He reviewed my car and made a fair trade-in offer. I haven't decided if I will trade-in or not yet but David let me know my options and that the offer stands if I choose to return and trade-in the car. It's been so reliable I may try to keep it in the family. Overall the whole experience was a low stress and laid back shopping experience. Exactly what I was looking for over the President's day weekend.

The car is a phenomenal 2 person car. My 6'2 13 year old is less impressed but that has everything to do with being 13...HE has plenty of room. The salesman is 6'4" and sat in the back seat for me prior to my purchase. We could have sat another person of his stature in the front seat as well. Amazing considering the overall size of the car.

Brought my 3i (bought here 2015, also a good experience) in for an oil change from the 3i maintenance schedule before a trip. Service staff noticed a minor body part replacement need I had been putting off (because the body shop I had had evaluate it said I needed a new bumper and more parts, and a paint job they estimated at $750). Mazda replaced a front bumper bezel and an underbody panel for ~$50. No new bumper or paint needed (and it looks fine). For which I said, and say again, "Thanks, LBM!" I have been coming here come in for any routine service beyond basic oil changes, which I get done closer to home. Staffers are always personable and helpful, and prices have been reasonable. I'd come here for all my service but I live in south Mpls, and even before the 35 mess, the habitual tunnel traffic snarls made me avoid this trip. I really wish there were a Luther dealership in the 494-Lyndale area!

I was nervous about going to a big dealership, but it was better than I could have expected. After you get over the fact that you don't qualify for those deals, the staff will negotiate and you can get it fairly close to WOW price. This took some time but the staff worked with me and allowed my wife and I to decide on which vehicle was right for us. Ramon was very helpful and had vehicles ready too test drive before we arrived. My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. I love the style of this car. It is fun to drive. The turbo charger makes a huge difference when driving on the highway passing or merging into highway traffic. Gas mileage is horribly disappointing but I have only used 91 or 93 octane fuel. Average highway mileage is 32.4 miles per gallon. My 2017 non turbo Fiat 500 achieved 51 miles per gallon on the highway using the cruise control. I don’t like that uConnect does not show my telephone GPS through the screen when my phone is connected to the radio via cable. This car needs a CD player. Alpine speakers distort when playing music with bass even when the equalizer is set to zero bass. Privacy glass would be an awesome standard option at least in the back three windows. Tailgating drivers appear to enjoy seeing Fiat 500 drivers looking in their rear view mirrors to see how close the tailgating semi truck or pickup truck is to the back of their car. My car is white with the Urbana package, sweet look makes the car look fast, could be the reason for people tail gating me all the time.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Most exciting car I've ever driven along with my wives mx5-5 in the past 50 years when I pull up to the stop light and ifa vett that pulls up beside me I gave him a hundred yards start and I pull up the side of them and just wave then say goodbye and that's just in 3rd gear sound system could use a little work the niada has a Bose in it and is far more excellent but other than that go out and buy one and have a blast is one xxxx of a car I love it and all I can say is 5 * 5 * 5 * go out and have some fun it is a duty and I love it and a couple friends have one and we all meet on Sundays and it's a blast go get you one Irish Mike out

I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. I paid off the car free and clear but I can't seem to get a free and clear title. I have been waiting over a month for it. When I did get it, it was not notarized or signed and it still had a lean on it. I am very disappointed. It was like he just pulled it out of a drawer and mailed it just to pacify. This is the owner! no less, first he was at an auction, then out for 2 weeks, then he was at the hospital, and now he is going to be gone for a week So I took the title back to Wheels in Motion and still waiting. I don't know what to think at this point. I trust the Tim to do the right thing, but to do business with him again at this point is questionable. Maybe it is just me, so I would recommend this dealer to a friend, because I love the people who work there, but be on the part of caution. I don't think he expected me to pay off the car, I really think he thought I was going to trade it in. I never paid off a car before so maybe this is what is supposed to happen. So I am stumped as to how to get a free and clear title. The title is still not right. It was signed or notarized or signed nothing. I may be wrong but I thought it was up to the company to remove all liens and sign off on it. At least that was what I was told so now I don't know what the truth is. I was told I couldn't take the lien off the company has to do that. So at this point I am confused. I just want a free and clear title from the DMV which shows a lien still in place after a month. So it seems nothing got done in 30 days. So my questions are: Who is supposed to remove the lien? How long does it normally take to get a free and clear title from a dealership? Now that I paid off the car why can't I get a proper free and clear title from Tim Zarbock? Why would he send me a non-notarized title with a lien still on it and call it good? I don't understand. What am I missing? Then be gone for a week? Why are his employees making excuses for him? Why do my emails and phone calls go unanswered? When I called they said he was at an auction, then he was gone 2 weeks, then he was at the hospital, and last week or he will be out of the office for a week. It seems to me a runaround just to get a free and clear title. Then when I finally did get it was not notarized, or signed and still had the lien on it. So I gave it back. This is what I have been dealing with for the past month. Why? Is it supposed to be this hard to get a free and clear title? What is wrong with this picture? Does this make since to anybody?

I love to drive my fiat through the back roads where I live the view includes lots of cows, horses, even donkeys sometimes!! The reason I love it the most is because the frame of this car is so safe even as a convertible and my hair doesn’t get ruined like you do in most convertibles!!

Walked in on a whim, on a Friday afternoon, to check an advertised lease special. I had about 6 months before my current lease was up and so I was in NO rush, but I was curious. I flat out said, "to buy today you'll have to totally blow my doors off; a.k.a. make me an offer I can't refuse." Long story short, I got a new lease that day. I'm still stunned, to be quite honest. This is the first time in my life, ever, that a dealer came back on the SECOND attempt with the exact offer I wanted (and to be fair, the first offer was VERY close). There was almost no negotiating needed. The experience was so good and positive that it made me feel like I was missing something. The old saying, "if it sounds too good to be true, then it is," kept repeating in my head. How sad that the auto consumer's brain is trained that way, right? Well, Central is doing all they can (right now) to change the buyer's perspective. I walked in Friday, finalized the deal Saturday, took delivery Tuesday and got a yummy, free steak tip sub along the way, to boot! Vehicle delivery was executed to a "T". Finance Manager Chip and Salesperson Ed, (along with a handful of other great personalities - Wendy the online sales woman, Justin Aptt the paperwork guy etc.) were fabulous to deal with. If you need a new Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge, I'd recommend you pop in there this Memorial Day weekend and see what you can do!

I owned a 2015 Fiat 500 Abarth ( Automatic) from 3/15 until 6/18 . 25k miles, Not a single problem with it. Lots of character and fairly economical at ~30 mpg (+ or -) . Yes its small but she is quite quick with the sport button pushed ( supposedly adds 20 lb ft of torque and keeps it in a lower gear). This was my second Abarth as I also owned a 2013 5spd . I enjoyed the 2015 automatic much more than the earlier 5spd manual....but since I have owned two I can assure you they are fun, reliable, and you likely wont regret the purchase. I still miss my 2015 version.
