I have been buying cars from this dealership for over 25 years before it was partnered with Hendrick, and have worked with Matt Banning for most of those years, and can’t say enough positive things about his qualities and work ethic. He goes the extra mile for his customers and makes sure he puts the right sales personnel with the right client. He just did that for us when he introduce us to Tyler Coyle, who just helped us purchase our newest Honda Pilot today! Very happy, and now Tyler is looking for another vehicle for my husband. Paul, the finance guy, was also great to work with. He was very informative, kept you in the loop going step-by-step, also trying to get the best deal for you. I typically hate going to car dealerships. They are usually pushy and sliding things past you trying to get a deal. This place did not. I will be purchasing my next vehicle from them!

Came in for scheduled maintenance plus a small suspension fix. The lounge is simple but comfortable - good chairs, working outlets, quiet music. I worked on my laptop, and the hour passed quickly. The paperwork was clear, no questions afterward.

I purchased a Model Y from this dealer. I had a very good experience with them, as did my two young kids. They do not negotiate much on price or feature which was fine with me as the price of the vehicle was fair. There was a chip on the windshield and they did agree to throw a new windshield on which was satisfactory. They have many different levels of cars here which is great but you get what you pay for, which is likely why there are some harsh reviews about them. Overall I was extremely satisfied, got in and out in under an hour and the staff was all kind and helpful. No sales person chasing me down on the lot was worth it by itself. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to buy another used car here. Thank you guys
