2022 Ford Bronco review
I just got the 2022 Bronco sport Big Bend it took 6 weeks to get Iv had it 2 days I am very happy with what when I first took a test drive I wasn't sure I liked it and when I had to settle for what the dealership ordered . I was feeling like it was a settle for. Color choices and equipment were there's not mine . But I'm really starting to like the little pony Bronco Handel's the road with hugs and is peppy and fun to drive. The technology is alot to learn and try the dealerships technician was very helpful and helped me understand how everything works and what is will do to help you stay in your lane. I empressed with what need to grow on me at first.

Kia of Cape Coral review
Amazing experience at Kia of Cape Coral. We had been to two other Kia dealerships before we found Mark Lima at Kia of Cape Coral.He was very fair and when I spoke with him over the phone and made an agreement on price, he was the first to actually honor the price exactly when we got to the dealership. Typically we were given an agreed price and then once we got to the other dealership, the price went up with tons of fees added. This did not happen with Mark at Kia of Cape Coral. He was so efficient and kind throughout the entire process. He made the car buying process a positive experience for us. I highly recommend him if you are in this area and in the market to buy a car. He will do his best to make sure you are treated well throughout the process. This was my daughter’s first new car and it took a little longer through the financing process but he stayed past his normal hours to make sure it was all completed before he left us. Thank you so much Mark! You have earned our business on any future car purchase. I had to share this experience because I know this isn’t the normal experience at most car dealerships. Mark was an exception to the experiences we have had in the past.
2022 Ford Bronco review
I ordered my wildtrak on 2-18-22. 4 door Area 51 high package tow package leather seats, hardtop, running boards. Took delivery on 11-2-22. Price: $$57,116 ! Well worth the 8+ months wait to save $20 to $30 thousand dollars. So sorry greedy dealers.

Sam Galloway Ford review
I’m from out of town and had some minor damage to my car. It was enough that I would not be able to return home in a week. Galloway was the closest Ford dealer so I went there in spite of the 1 star reviews on this site. I couldn’t have been happier. Had no clue where to go as they have multiple buildings. Stopped in at the first one and met a woman at the desk who was friendly and guided me where to go. The next stop they all were most accommodating and in an effort to resolve my issue in the shortest amount of time since I had no reservation sent me to their quick lane building where Mauricio came to greet me. Basically took me under his wing as he looked things over, took me to his office and gave me a quote. I had to leave my vehicle while they ordered the parts and delivered the following day. Was given a ride in their free shuttle back to where I was staying in Cape Coral. Was called the next morning around 8:30 or so that it was complete and ready for pickup. They offered to come and get me but a friend gave me a ride over. Everything went so smoothly and my contact couldn’t have been better. Thanks to all that helped which could have gone much much worse.

Customer service has certainly changed since purchasing my first auto in 1971- a Ford Fairlane 500, with bucket seats and the shift between the seat. It was constantly in need of repair. Thanks to the great service department at Sam Galloway, my car is never in a state of repair. I took my Corsair in for a scheduled Protective Spray coating. A lot of the times, the car purchasing process can be dreadful. I am more than grateful to say this time was not one of those! I called before heading over to make sure the car I was interested in was still available. I had the pleasure of speaking with BiBi (Bibiana), who conformed it was, and was able to answer a few questions due to me being cautious. The purchasing process was very smooth, mainly because of BiBi's honesty and transparency. Bibi took my offer over to Shaun who was just as awesome. He wasted no time getting it approved, and most importantly didn't try to sneak any extra charges in. Once the deal was approved, I was directed to Shannon's office in finance, to finalize everything. She was just as polite and curious, and had me out in my new (preowned) vehicle without delay. I mostly appreciate the honesty and transparency of all the staff there. I will gladly give this deanship future business.
