2023 Ford Bronco review
I have a Sasquatch Outer Banks and love it. The ride is smooth and the seats are comfortable. Very minimal road noise between the two windows on each side which is only heard when the music isn’t on. A lot of features with the premium package, some of which I haven’t explored yet. Despite non-owners’ complaints about a bronco riding rough, it can’t be further from the truth. The Outer Banks trim is really and comfortable. Gas mileage is acceptable with the Sasquatch. A lot of easy to use and within hands reach features. I am extremely happy with my purchase with no complaints. Two nice features with purchasing a Bronco is the Ford Pass mobile app and the Moab learn to use your vehicle classes.

2023 Ford Bronco review
I bought a brandnew 2023 Ford Bronco Black Diamond 2.7L with Sasquatch packaje in November 2024, there are no complains up to now, it runs better than I expected and is very comfortable inside. Acceleration is also better than expected in spite of 35 inches factory tires, I love it.

2023 Ford Bronco review
I love my 2023 Wildtrack. No issues. A little wind noise, but I think its to be expected in an SUV that I can take all the bits and pieces off(hard top, doors,etc). It is a toy for me and not my daily(I have a TRD Pro Seqioua for that) and I have a lot of fun driving her. I waited 3 years for her and will keep her forever.

2023 Ford Bronco review
I always wanted a Jeep or thought I did. Five Star Ford review
I found a truck on cars.Com and did the normal thing sending a request to ensure it was available. Mel reached out to me via an email message and mentioned that he would contact me later in the day. He called me later that afternoon. After that very calm conversation, he gave me very solid reassurances that a different Ford dealership had lied to me about some things.. I already had pre approved financing at my credit union, so this was a fairly straight forward process. Mel made this process so easy. I'm not a youngster with no experience. I know how this process should go. This was not my first truck buying experience. Mel is a true professional and an asset to not only his profession, but to Five Star Ford. Grapevine Ford Lincoln review
Jodie is a great service advisor, and their mechanics are definitely improving... they just take FOREVER! They held my vehicle a week before it was looked at. So...it generally takes weeks to get your vehicle back from here. When you make an appointment, it's not an appointment for them to look at your vehicle that day, it's just an appointment for them to hold your vehicle for days before they do anything with it... leaving you without a vehicle. That needs to change. Otherwise, this is THE ONLY DEALERSHIP in the entire DFW metroplex that can actually fix a vehicle. I'm assuming that's why they are so busy. Overall, I got the vehicle back and repaired properly this time, so we are making tremendous progress.

Five Star Ford review
My wife's 2017 Edge Titanium needed service because the "wrench" light came on. Dropped it off and met with Odie Terry, our Service Advisor. Odie informed us that it will be a day or 2 before a tech could get to it because they are always so busy. Odie called me a couple of days later and said the battery wasn't getting enough volts to the sensors, creating numerous error codes. Replaced the battery and one code came back as a torque converter issue. Once we found out they would be keeping it awhile Odie arranged a rental car for us. Turns out the transmission needed a complete overhaul. Thank God for the 5 year/60k mile power train warranty, which covered everything! Took about a week but once we got it back it drove like a dream! Odie called me every 2 days to give me a progress report. He made what was a major inconvenience much more bearable. It's nice to know there's a dealership close to us we can totally trust to service our Edge and do everything right. Hats off to you Odie Terry, you are a true professional and an outstanding ambassador to the Ford Motor Company!
