With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

It wasn’t a perfect experience, but I still give 5 stars because I truly believe Carrie in corporate and the GM of the store are stand-up people who genuinely care about making sure their customers are happy and in the right vehicle. In the end, everything worked out as it should. Carrie was extremely professional, patient, and helpful throughout the process, and the GM was equally understanding and supportive. I stand by the fact that CarMax sells reliable, well-running vehicles. Two of my children have purchased cars from them, and I recently purchased a Ford F-150 myself. Each time, the vehicles have been excellent. I’ve been very satisfied with the service I’ve received—both when selling my vehicle (fair offer) and when buying one (fair price). I would feel completely confident recommending this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car.

The people were extremely nice and helpful. HOWEVER, they have a policy that I find troubling and at least somewhat misleading. They will not sell you the vehicle for what they list it for .(of course we expect sales tax, title and tag. But if you do not have a trade in it’s $500 more . And if you don’t finance it it’s another $500. Yep $1000 more. I inquired about financing to save the $500 . Policy is that you have to make 4 payments before you can pay it off. I’ve owned furniture stores for 49 years and I can picture the disbelief if I tried something similar .

After searching for a car from over 300 miles away, and looking for a relatively rare Audi, I stumbled upon the exact car that I was looking for! The only hitch was that I was far out of state, with a child due any day, and frustrated by financial institutions being hesitant for an out of state purchase. John, thank god for him, helped me through each step of the way. After I had finally found financing that would do what was needed, my child comes! Needless to say, I was unable to immediately go get the car, but we worked out a way to take care of that issue as well! The car is immaculate, and is everything my growing family needed! Having looked online for another vehicle we came across what we looking for at Orleans Ford and decided to drive up from Rochester to take it for a drive. Yes we could have bought a car locally, but there was a bit sticker shock pricing locally when comparing similar cars. As such we drove up, drove the car and there were no hidden surprises in making the deal. As such we bought it on the spot. Although Orleans Ford may not be as flashy as other dealerships in Rochester their attention to customer care in answering questions was a huge win for them! As to a flashy dealership, well all I can say is....I'm not driving the dealership home I'm buying a flashy car at a reasonable price that counts. So if your looking for home town car dealership, pricing and customer care do yourself a favor give Orleans Ford a call....its well worth the trip!
