With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

The overall 4 Star rating was the result of wanting a face to face at dealer when and Phone call to firm up the deal would work given the buyers distance to the dealer. Old School Captive mentality Thought: is the client will buy/close if at the Dealership vs Phone. False assumption. If the terms are correct and fair the sale can be made on the phone.

Needed a battery ASAP. Stopped in to see when I could get one installed at 5:00 pm. Heath said they could do it right now. No appointment needed. We were out before 6:00. A $20.00 rebate and great warranty made the deal even sweeter. If you have a Ford don't bother shopping around like I did. Just go here.

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but Darryl absolutely deserves the recognition. From the second I met him, he had this calm confidence that made the whole car-buying process feel effortless.

We did all of our communication over the phone and text and the sale representatives were very punctual and helpful in the purchase of our car. We were even able to fill out all of the paperwork online so when it came time to go in and pick the car up everything was ready and seamless. Overall throughly enjoyed our experience at ALM.

Unlike the past experiences I have had at this dealership, this time was great and I will continue coming here and telling others to also. Something has changed and it?s for the better. Excellent service provided by Jonathon Streetman and Jepthah Jenkins in getting a recall for door freezing problems completed by your repair technicians. I don?t know the technicians name but the repair/replacement looks very professional.
