With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

The communication was great. The manager, Zane, was really fantastic. He kept me up to date with with the repairs and provided accurate pricing before work started. It was a great experience and I would definitely go back in the future.

I recently bought a used truck from Brian Hoskins Ford and the experience was one that went above expectations. First, the sales experience was top notch. The service was friendly and professional. When it came to the sale, the price was fair with no outrageous fees. I was very happy as I drove home in my new-to-me truck. I had bought the truck “as-is” and knew the risk in doing so. However, when a check engine light came on soon after the purchase, I was nervous that my great sales experience was about to be overshadowed. Went to the Pacifico Ford dealer in Broomall. They said they will not work on any vehicles that are 15 years or older. I went to Matthews Paoli Ford and had them work on my 2005 Ford excursion. I didn’t know that good mechanics existed like they have over there what a wonderful place it cost money but it’s worth it! The diesel mechanic there Christopher is unbelievably knowledgeable and good. Had a great experience. Had my Truck worker on over there and have had zero problems. Abby and Shawn in service were excellent. They both were patient with all my questions, provided credible answers, and, upon our approval of the repairs, had them done within 24-hours. They went the extra mile to have the car test-driven both before (to confirm our reported symptoms) and after the repair (to confirm problems had been resolved). Ask for Abby when you have an auto service need.

I purchased a 2020 Chevy 2500HD I made the 4.5 hour drive down to PA to view the truck. Unfortunately, it had some issues that should have been caught in the check in process by the dealership. I could not drive it home in the condition it was in. The dealership did work with me to make it right after some push back on my end. I stayed the night they fixed the issue. They covered my hotel which was great and the truck has ran fine. I did get the extended warranty and will say working with John to customize the warranty did save me some money without sacrificing coverage. Jeremy was fair in his pricing and trade in value which I appreciated. That made the deal happen.
