We went to Westfield Ford to begin the process of looking at plug-in hybrid vehicles. Rick Blumerichmet us as we entered the showroom and was very effective in helping us determine our needs. The vehicle that we were interested in, in the color we wanted, was in stock. Rick did a great job of getting us all of the discounts that were a bit available and we secured, a favorable price. The service level that will be provided going forward is excellent. Westfield Ford has a mobile service man that can come to our house to perform some maintenance activities. They also will pick up at the vehicle and return it to us from the dealership after servicing for more extensive repairs. Overall, we were very happy with Rick’s professional assistance, and the process and highly recommend Westfield Ford.

I was nervous to trade my vehicle in because I have gotten it the day my nephew passed and it was very sentimental to me. But, these two kind souls made the process a bit easier. Very pleasant atmosphere and the hard working staff that makes it all happen service advisors, service technicians, parts department, billing dept. and cashiers, & sales and to add that I have a quite long history with Roesch i can honestly say that all though i had one bad experience with the service department that was swiftly rectified by means of the service manager overall I would recommend Roesch dealership to any of my family members and associates , lastly I must say kudos to service advisor ( Jessica Mamahua ) & service director ( Adam Jaswilko ).

I had an issue with my A.C,had earlier taken it to some mechanic but they couldn't fix it so I thought of taking it to Metro Ford.They were able to detect the problem after some diagnosis and the problem was eventually fixed.These guys have good customer service and their waiting area is really nice.

I don?t have a problem with this dealership. I do have a problem with Ford and a known defect in their engines. I asked if I got a new engine if tge same thing would happen and they said yes. I reported this issue to the NHTSA and found many others with the same problem. Ford: you should replace my motor at no cost to me and provide a non defective replacement. I may be buying another brand if this is not resolved.
