With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

2022 Outer Banks SAS screen freezes/Reboots constantly and it seems the car play stops working not sure if this is happening a lot I do know this is a frustrating experience

We are loving our Bronco. It gets so many compliments on it. It rides so smooth and comfortable. Also it is extremely roomy on the inside.

I bought a brandnew 2023 Ford Bronco Black Diamond 2.7L with Sasquatch packaje in November 2024, there are no complains up to now, it runs better than I expected and is very comfortable inside. Acceleration is also better than expected in spite of 35 inches factory tires, I love it.

I put information about my car into Kelley Bluebook.com. I received an email from Luis at Autonation Ford saying they were interested in the car and explaining how the process works if we sold it to them. We went in and worked with him and sold the car to the dealership. He was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The process went smoothly, just as he had indicated in the email. More fun than I've ever had! I recently purchased a 2024 Bronco outer banks. Yes the road noise is bad mmmm but its a soft top convertible and yes the premium radio was not great so I added a 500 watt subwoofer. But the truth is I feel Like a kid when I drive it!!! if your looking for a Lexus this aint it but soooooo much fun!

Great experience! Called to verify availability, Chris assured me it was and set time for a test drive. While driving 2+ hrs to get there, Leo, our salesperson texted to verify the address. Leo had the truck ready, test drive, short discussion and a brief wait for finance. While waiting provided vouchers for vending machines to snack. 4 door Outer Banks. Wanted a comfortable but more rugged 4wd daily driver, moved from BMW X5, very different. Very pleased. Great build quality, no squeaks or rattles. Ford Sync system quite good. Lack of rear air vents solved for 2025 but not overly concerned and year end rebates swung me. 4 Cylinder is smooth, peppy , slightly droning. Smooth, comfortable, bit more wind noise with hardtop than I prefer but knew that at the outset. Did not get bigger tire package for fear of excessive tire noise. Have a 2023 Jeep Wrangler Sahara which I like but this Bronco is better on every level- no contest

Visited the Sun Toyota service center today. James Lake, my service advisor is simply terrific. Got me quickly set up during an incredibly busy day. When my car was ready James came by and walked me back To the shop floor to my car and Kenneth Walter (sharp young guy) succinctly Showed me the issues and gave me two solutions. Professional, short and sweet with options. Sun Toyota is the best! I always feel well taken care of. I consistently have this kind of experience here. Highly recommend!

I ordered my wildtrak on 2-18-22. 4 door Area 51 high package tow package leather seats, hardtop, running boards. Took delivery on 11-2-22. Price: $$57,116 ! Well worth the 8+ months wait to save $20 to $30 thousand dollars. So sorry greedy dealers.

I love my 2023 Wildtrack. No issues. A little wind noise, but I think its to be expected in an SUV that I can take all the bits and pieces off(hard top, doors,etc). It is a toy for me and not my daily(I have a TRD Pro Seqioua for that) and I have a lot of fun driving her. I waited 3 years for her and will keep her forever.

I’ve had 4 Wranglers in my life and this Bronco blew them all out of the water. It’s so quiet while driving, and it handles like a car (not like a truck). It’s so smooth and not bumpy-I feel like I should’ve gotten a Bronco way before this. Can’t wait til the summer and to try out the convertible. This thing has all of the amenities that Wranglers don’t have yet and the gas mileage has been 23 mpg since I got it. Overall, I’m so happy with this purchase.

I have a Sasquatch Outer Banks and love it. The ride is smooth and the seats are comfortable. Very minimal road noise between the two windows on each side which is only heard when the music isn’t on. A lot of features with the premium package, some of which I haven’t explored yet. Despite non-owners’ complaints about a bronco riding rough, it can’t be further from the truth. The Outer Banks trim is really and comfortable. Gas mileage is acceptable with the Sasquatch. A lot of easy to use and within hands reach features. I am extremely happy with my purchase with no complaints. Two nice features with purchasing a Bronco is the Ford Pass mobile app and the Moab learn to use your vehicle classes.

I wrote a review a couple of days ago, but have since worked with Cadillac to resolve this issue and while it will not let me edit the last review I can post a new one. Working with service centers can sometimes be very challenging, especially as a woman that does not know very much about cars. It's essential to me that I am able to go to a place that I know I can trust. In February of 2022 I took my car to this dealership to get a new key fob after losing one and have my transmission inspected. My car was under an extended warranty and they were able to replace the transmission control solenoid and get both of my new key fobs under warranty and at the end of the day it only cost me $46! Along the way Tim Radice, my service consultant was absolutely phenomenal. He kept me updated and made countless calls to my different warranty companies to ensure I was spending as little out of pocket as possible. Within a week I had my car back. Sadly shortly after my transmission started acting up again and the problem was much worse. I took it back to the dealership and found out that the transmission cover had warped and it was going to be a $1,500 fix because my warranty had just expired. Tim did everything he could (he's awesome like that) and put me into contact with the service manager, Paul. From the moment I got on the phone with Paul I could tell he was handling this with the upmost professionalism. He was kind and patient and he let me spend 10 minutes walking him through the initial repair to my cars current state. Paul quickly jumped into action and got on the phone with GM to figure out why this was happening. He called me back after speaking with GM Engineering and let me know that there was some critical information GM had not relayed to them. Apparently any time you replace the solenoid you need to replace the cover as well, because it disrupts the seal and often causes transmission fluid leakage. Paul said they would 100% cover the cost of labor and asked if I would cover the $149 part, saving me over $1,000. So if course I said yes! They had no LEGAL responsibility to offer me this, especially given that they had no way to know this information at the time of the initial repair. It is; however, the right thing to do given that the issue stemmed from the initial repair. I am so thankful that Paul, Tim and the other Cadillac team members did their best to take care of me in this situation. Car troubles are never fun and are almost always quite costly. It's worth it to go to a place you can trust - and this is it.

I always wanted a Jeep or thought I did. My salesperson at Haag Ford in Lawrenceburg, IN, Jim Fuchs, told me to wait until the full size Bronco came out because he said you will really like it compared to a Jeep. He was totally right. I totally love my new Wildtrak Ford Bronco. I will say he is the best salesperson I have dealt with and plan to continue to go to Haag Ford for sales and service.

Even though I did not get to buy the Nissan Ariya from this dealership. Their customer service was excellent. JT and his manager were very professional in working with me and trying to get me to buy the vehicle for what I had offered.
