Red 2021 Ford Bronco Sport Big Bend with less than 7,000 miles. I love the over handling and performance. I've done great extensive upgrades. ie....hood spoiler, door side guards, exterior and interior accessories...!

Heather was very helpful and kept in contact. There were some bumps in the process because of parts not being available, other than that it was fine. They do need to get more courtesy cars for people to drive that belong to them so people don’t have to do through rental agencies and maybe wash the cars after the service or at least offer a was and a vacuum. I’m sure consumers would love that. Offer a showroom experience.

Reliable with excellent features, looks sleek and drives great! The ability to switch from two to four wheel drive helps save gas mileage. The ride is smooth and with the top down it’s a real treat to drive around on a warm day.

I bought a brandnew 2023 Ford Bronco Black Diamond 2.7L with Sasquatch packaje in November 2024, there are no complains up to now, it runs better than I expected and is very comfortable inside. Acceleration is also better than expected in spite of 35 inches factory tires, I love it.

I had to get a lot of work done on my car -a Fiat 500 L- New headlight, oil change, back brakes, new tires… Scott was very friendly, super helpful, and respectful. He explained in simple terms what I needed and when The repairs were complete, Rolando washed my vehicle and scraped the shoe polish message from my back window. Larry was super cool when he brought my vehicle out. I really enjoyed the waiting room because they had on some old cowboy show and had a library full of books we customers could read. Cookies and coffee made the wait great. When my car had to be in for much longer to get the brakes fixed, I got a great loaner car, a Fiat Abarth Turbo. Overall, highly recommended. Fiats always come with a little sticker shock so that was to be expected.

I love my 2023 Wildtrack. No issues. A little wind noise, but I think its to be expected in an SUV that I can take all the bits and pieces off(hard top, doors,etc). It is a toy for me and not my daily(I have a TRD Pro Seqioua for that) and I have a lot of fun driving her. I waited 3 years for her and will keep her forever.

I have a Sasquatch Outer Banks and love it. The ride is smooth and the seats are comfortable. Very minimal road noise between the two windows on each side which is only heard when the music isn’t on. A lot of features with the premium package, some of which I haven’t explored yet. Despite non-owners’ complaints about a bronco riding rough, it can’t be further from the truth. The Outer Banks trim is really and comfortable. Gas mileage is acceptable with the Sasquatch. A lot of easy to use and within hands reach features. I am extremely happy with my purchase with no complaints. Two nice features with purchasing a Bronco is the Ford Pass mobile app and the Moab learn to use your vehicle classes.

My car had to be towed and eventually scrapped due to a bad engine, but the whole team at Shawnee Mission Ford was great. Bryan in the service department was my main contact and he couldn’t have been better!

I always wanted a Jeep or thought I did. My salesperson at Haag Ford in Lawrenceburg, IN, Jim Fuchs, told me to wait until the full size Bronco came out because he said you will really like it compared to a Jeep. He was totally right. I totally love my new Wildtrak Ford Bronco. I will say he is the best salesperson I have dealt with and plan to continue to go to Haag Ford for sales and service.

I recently had a challenging experience with my new Audi RS7 when it unexpectedly broke down and had to be towed. I initially contacted another Audi dealership, but they informed me they couldn’t even look at my car for two weeks. Frustrated & in a panic (my car was heading towards KS in a tow truck) I called Audi Shawnee Mission, and that’s when I was fortunate enough to speak with Michele M. in the service department. She reassured me that they would take care of my car right away, even though the repairs turned out to be more extensive than anticipated but thankfully covered under warranty. What truly set Michele apart was her constant communication throughout the process. She kept me informed step-by-step, and if there was ever a question about something I had mentioned or requested, she made sure to clarify before proceeding. I found this attention to detail and respect for my preferences extremely professional and considerate. Now, my RS7 drives like a dream—better than ever, and I didn’t realize how much I was missing until it was repaired. While I hope I won’t need any significant repairs in the future, I know that for all my maintenance and service needs, Audi Shawnee Mission, and specifically Michele, will be my first choice. The care, respect, and understanding I received made a stressful situation much more manageable. Michele made me feel valued, not just another customer to be pushed aside. More fun than I've ever had! I recently purchased a 2024 Bronco outer banks. Yes the road noise is bad mmmm but its a soft top convertible and yes the premium radio was not great so I added a 500 watt subwoofer. But the truth is I feel Like a kid when I drive it!!! if your looking for a Lexus this aint it but soooooo much fun!

I do not look forward to buying cars. There are so many terrible tactics and sales people out there its just a horrible overall experience. Rebbecca and Sneed Ford were not that. She showed us the cars we asked for, recommended just one we missed that was almost the same car(which we ended up buying) and we did the negotiating with her, not a finance guy on a raised platform and aggressive manners. She answered all our questions, was very patient and very personable. We talked with the owner a bit when Rebbecca was busy who turned out to be just as fantastic. Overall easily the best car buying experience we've been through and they'll definitely be my first search next time we're looking for a car.

With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

2022 Outer Banks SAS screen freezes/Reboots constantly and it seems the car play stops working not sure if this is happening a lot I do know this is a frustrating experience

I saw exactly the car I was looking for on Zecks web page. I sent a vehicle description of my trade and within an hour they had a deal put together for me. I drove all the way from Boise ID to do bussiness wit them and I still saved a substantial amount of money. My Sales person was Robert Burns and he was absolutley great. My car was ready and beautifuly deatalid when I picked it up.

Love the 2022 bronco 2 door hard top . The one I have is not my order but I wouldn't give it up for my order . Mpg is around 18 mpg . It rides better then a jeep and has more room then a jeep .

I ordered my wildtrak on 2-18-22. 4 door Area 51 high package tow package leather seats, hardtop, running boards. Took delivery on 11-2-22. Price: $$57,116 ! Well worth the 8+ months wait to save $20 to $30 thousand dollars. So sorry greedy dealers.

Treighton and Isaac - Treighton acknowledged me, no one was there when I got my vehicle, in so I walked in, typical you get a cold shoulder when you walk into this dealer. It?s always variable- not a standard . Isaac the tech was great , conscise, yet easily understood, so far the best inspection report I?ve had in years. Facility looks tired and needs some update on those couches they don?t look welcoming .

I just got the 2022 Bronco sport Big Bend it took 6 weeks to get Iv had it 2 days I am very happy with what when I first took a test drive I wasn't sure I liked it and when I had to settle for what the dealership ordered . I was feeling like it was a settle for. Color choices and equipment were there's not mine . But I'm really starting to like the little pony Bronco Handel's the road with hugs and is peppy and fun to drive. The technology is alot to learn and try the dealerships technician was very helpful and helped me understand how everything works and what is will do to help you stay in your lane. I empressed with what need to grow on me at first.
