Generally the styling is nice, you really can see where the older Escape was used as the basis for this vehicle. The interior is nice and comfortable. Ford missed the mark on storage. The dead space behind the screen, as one example. You can buy a bin that will fit very nicely in that spot. Mileage has been good. Road noise can be a little much as times, and the ride can get a little jittery at speed. There is an odd shudder between 35 and 40mph, that the service tech said is from "cylinder deactivation". Ford and other manufacturers have had this technology for a long time. Seems hard to believe that Ford would screw it up. Was told that it happens in Eco or Normal mode. In Sport mode it's less noticeable, and doesn't really effect the mileage that much. Tried it, didn't see much of a difference. Other issue is legroom in the back seat. I'm 6'4" (and it's surprisingly easy for me to get in and out), but I need to have the seat back a bit. Leaves very little room for a back seat passenger. Overall, pretty good vehicle. Hopefully in the next gen, they'll correct some of these issues.

I am the original owner and ordered the first generation Badlands fully loaded. Liked it so much I purchased it after the lease. I have been very satisfied with performance and gas mileage. I am currently getting 25 mpg in combination driving. Plenty of tech to appease the young crowd. Navigation is easy to use and I prefer it over using Maps on my phone. GOAT modes are useful with and Sport mode is fun to play with. Looking forward to 2026 plugin hybrid version.

I bought a pre owned Bronco Sport base model. 49,000 miles at purchase. It's perfect except for the brake noise when backing up. I see a lot of people mentioned this. Had I known about it I may have picked the Equinox. But I love my Baby Bronco and won't complain at all. I got another 50,000 bumper to bumper warranty with it. So I'm very happy with my Bronco!

I took my Lincoln MKZ in for service at Puente Hills Ford. I was strapped for cash and was only there for the $89 oil change but my bill came to $166. I questioned why the extra and was told they checked brakes and tried to rotate my tires but I stopped them as I have separate company tire service. I was upset. Also I needed to buy a $500 molding for the top trunk of my car. Eddie in Parts was helpful in refucing price and Ken Vasquez Dervice Manager promised me if I bought the part he would put it on for free He said it looked like a relativity simple job to “pop on”. I know he was trying to be helpful which I appreciated. I am a senior on a fixed income so I need to be careful when spending. But the molding needed to be put on so I charged it and was grateful for Ken’s offer to put it on no charge. It took almost two weeks for the part to arrive from Memphis. I received a call yesterday from Eddie in parts notifying me the $500 mpart just arrived. This was yesterday Dec 13. So i picked up the part and took it to Ken Vasquez, to follow up on his offer. I did not have an appointment, yet, Ken arranged for mechanic Bryan to put the part on free of charge. Given my dire financial circumstances, I was very appreciative. Ken was true to his word. He even made sure my car was washed. I am most grateful to both Ken Vasquez and Bryan for taking care of this for me. Ken was attuned to my financial distress and responded with grace, compassion and professalism. It is the holiday season. Other than our f 150 with the coyote motor this has been my favorite vehicle. Great fuel economy, great to look at and just fun to drive. The week after we bought it we got an ice storm and this thing was keeping up with the big 4x4 trucks. My husband was still able to get to work every day. We've brought it on vacation to the beach and threw a paddle board on top. I use it to bring the dog back and forth to the vet and to get his pup cups, and the back is super easy to clean with some type of rubber material. It's always the top choice when we're doing weekend adventures. I've had zero issues with it. The AC blows very cold, my daughter says we're ice cubes in 90°+ heat. The infotainment center is easy to use, and I can hook up the navigation by using my phone charger. The only thing I don't like is sometimes when backing up it makes a loud noise and my brakes have been checked 🤷
