Great customer service. Picked up my car at work and dropped it off when done, even though I’m 2 hours away. The person who picked up the car was very friendly. Only thing is I wish I had a receipt of the work done. Wasn’t one left in the car, and I requested an email copy but never received anything. Work was all under warranty, but it’s still nice to have documentation of the work.

I have owned products for over 40 years, and this is the best vehicle that I had purchased! It rides smooth, excellent gas mileage, and a lot of room.

I brought my car in for an inspection and found out my rotors & brake pads needed to be replaced. Nate, in Hyundai service, was SUPER helpful! He showed me what the problem was and gave me an estimate. Hyundai needed to keep my car overnight to complete the work. Nate was able to give me a loaner vehicle which really made my life easier! My car was ready the next day before the promised time, and the repair cost a bit less than the estimate. Nate was friendly, efficient & helpful. I was very pleased with the service I received & repair work that was done.

Bronco Sport had a much more sporty feel then all the car-like SUVs I drove. I like the different drive modes, match between transmission and turbo engine, taughtness of steering, abundance of features/ease of use on Big Bend model, solid suspension. This vehicle will hold up much better than the other SUV’s I drove in tough driving conditions. I guess I’m open to Ford as a car manufacture going forward.

I have a '22 Base. My wife and I love it. We needed a 4x4 when we move to a more rural state and although we're generally happy with the vehicle, we can't help roll our eyes of the number of recalls and reliability questions surrounding the model. Had I known about the difference in the 1.5L to 2L engines, I'd have opted for the 2L engines, but that's only available at the top trimmed Badlands. This is almost the perfect vehicle for a two person household who has a dog, likes to take day trips and it pretty good on fuel economy (32mpg over 15k miles). The interior is pretty cheap, however. I would recommend the vehicle, however, but only with the 2L engine and only with a warranty. There are just too many concerns with this vehicle to own it without a warranty

Mallory, Chandler and Chris were fantastic! Mallory is clearly the brains of the organization but Chandler and Chris are decent enough eye candy! The interior scratches too easy and shows scratches on doors. Not very excited about that seatbelt scratches the middle console very easy not very happy about that and not wireless connecting to the car like I was told when I bought the car. I do not like how the rocks kick up on the hood from the road scratches the paint I don’t know why it grabs the hood. Not very happy about that. This is my second bronco that I’ve had to the things I do love it’s a bronco does have four doors, I love my color green love how the seats heat up. Just wish that you wouldn’t have to keep it on high to get it on the very backside and heat your butt really fast you like the seeds fall down for my sister’s dog I love the screen, but there is a glitch on when you hook up your phone does not always connect to the car so I’m not very happy about that. Was in my old car as well , don’t it has enough room and comfortable when you have long legs 💚💖

The service department at Berlin City is always excellent to deal with. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, my car is always done in a timely manner, and the valet service means that there is no interruption to my day when my car needs service.

Always loved ford. Had two rangers which were gas pigs but they would go through any cold Canadian winter with ease. Had a jeep which gave me not alot of issues but one major electrical issue. Got rid of it and got my bronco. I absolutely love it. Great in the snow and the look of them is just beautiful.

My experience was great at Berlin City - Tom went out of his way to help me again! He found the vehicle I wanted at the right mileage and price. While I was unable to finance the vehicle at the right payment/interest rate due to some credit issues of my own, I will definitely be back in 4-6 months to purchase a new vehicle from him!

Great overall small SUV. Good styling, and a more truck feel than most small SUV's. Nice road feel. And good color selection. Definitely recommend this one.

Had a service appt. They got me in on time. Kevin was great. I got a new phone and he synced me right up after the service was complete. The whole process only took a half hour. Great job as always by the service department!

2024 bronco sport badlands has been a great vehicle. 2.0 ecoboost that only comes with the badlands is a must the 3 cylinder is gutless. All these recalls are mostly for the smaller engine. The only recall I've had was a reprogram for the battery condition. Not a big deal. I got 2,250 rebate and 2.9 financing that was hard to pass up.

We came to just look at a new car and left with a new car. It was a bitter cold day but Byron started the cars to warm up before we tried them out. He was very informative and there was never any pressure. All of the staff from start to finish obviously love working there. It was like everyone was family including us and all of the other customers. I would highly recommend Lamoille Valley Ford. Thank you again
