This car is very economical 40 to 60 miles per gallon , versatile , multi use , foldable rear seats for carring big stuff , convenient for any size dogs , comfortable for passengers and a driver , 12v and 110V charging ports for all passsngers , semigreen and powerful , easy to drive, joyful with nice panoramic to view around sightseeing and many more ......

I have bought three cars from dealerships. This was my fourth experience and the best one yet! My car salesman Brandon Williams was amazing, knowledgeable and very honest! He was direct and straight to the point and extremely helpful in making sure things were understood and that I was getting the best deal. He did not try to push things I didn't need and he was very professional! Our communications started via phone and text. After I narrowed down my selections, I set up a day to test drive. From the time I arrived and from the time I left was easily only two hours! Having spent 6 hours the week before at a Lexus dealership, and then being asked to come back- the experience is clearly incomparable! This is by far the most organized and simple car buying process I have experienced. Not only was the service amazing, I absolutely love my car!! I love it! After the deal was done, and I was learning my vehicle, I reached out to Mr. Williams later in the week with questions on how to use things and he was very attentive and responsive to all my questions! The facility was also very clean and I very much enjoyed the refreshments. From start to after the finish, this is a great location, amazing people, wonderful service and the best car buying experience I've ever had! Thank you so much Cherry Creek Automotive and Mr. Williams for being a part of this experience!

Great introduction to gas-hybrid-electric world

This car was my way of exploring if going all electric was a viable option for me. Having three types of 'gas' eliminated any range anxiety I had, but still gave me an indication of whether or not an all electric would work for my family. The end result, the next car for me is the all electric. The timing didn't work for me to stick with Ford, so I'm moving onto a Nissan Leaf, and will keep an eye out for the future Ford all electric models on the horizon. But I'm an all electric convert for life, and my Ford CMax Energi made that so.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I'm very happy with this PHEV. It's too soon for me to move to an electric. I would lease it again. I'll probably lease another PHEV when my lease is up next year.
