2018 Ford C-Max Hybrid review
I drove 500 miles to pick this up. This is the best car I’ve ever had. I drive with jackrabbit starts and get 38+ mpg. Very peppy and handles great.

2018 Ford C-Max Hybrid review
I'm 6' and over 80 so do not bend well but can get in and out of this car without banging my head as I do in my Fusion. Mileage is great. Around 39 mpg. Have had no issues with the car so far. Main complaint I have with the manufactures is not supplying hybris with spare tires. They should at least ship them with "run flat" tires. My replacements will be as this is an issue.

2016 Ford C-Max Hybrid review
All the advantages of an SUV (You sit high; lots of interior room extremely easy entry and exit) and none of the disadvantages. My prior car was a 2013 Focus HB. This car is built on the same frame but you sit high, far more interior space, and better mileage. I bought used '13 with 80K miles. My best mileage has been high 30s, not the figures I see from other reviewers. But love the car and would get another in a heartbeat. Whatever prompted Ford to discontinue it (cheap gas?) is beyond me, but there will be plenty of good used ones around if/when mine gives out.

2014 Ford C-Max Hybrid review
Had the C-Max Hybrid for about a month, and overall it's been a joy to drive. A real all-purpose vehicle that routinely achieves 35-40 mpg in the city, the primary reason we sought it out was it's amazing visibility. Our 6'-5" teenager has not problem getting comfortable behind the wheel, and I've never driven a vehicle that has such great viewing angles - you almost feel too exposed while driving! The regenerative brakes are typically more sensitive than regular brakes, but overall I have only praise for this very versatile little car!

Ford had a great idea in the C-Max hybrid. So many places we travel don’t have the plug ins for electric. We have many trips with 40+ to 50 mpg. Ford missed the mark when they discontinued manufacturing the C-Max. Bring back the car and make us look toward the future !

Indy Auto Exchange LLC review
I have bought many cars in my life, and this is the best experience I have ever had. I was looking for a higher mileage but nice car for my wife, and found just what I wanted on this lot. The car was in much nicer condition than you would expect for a 2013. When I went to drive it I found out it had new tires, brakes and struts, which was not in the original description. These folks know customer service! It was certainly worth the 45 minute drive to buy this car.
2013 Ford C-Max Hybrid review
PROS: Very good on the mpgs (although nowhere near the original estimates, in our experience) and has a LOT of zip! It's just an easy-to-drive, smooth, and quiet vehicle. We love the amount of interior space too, especially with the back seats down. Front seating is quite comfortable although feels like a mini-van, which surprised us at first... but you get used to it. CONS: Ford's Sync dashboard system on this model is just abysmal, and climate controls also behave un-intuitively. Car is an excellent driver most of the year but very poor on snow and ice; the smallest amount of sleet and ice can completely immobilize the vehicle on our rolling gravel driveway. Braking is very powerful and difficult to modulate—sometimes a gentle tap will throw passengers forward! Oil changes are a pain in the neck due to the large, cumbersome under-panel that has to be removed.

2013 Ford C-Max Hybrid review
Bought new. Several times for unknown reason it would not operate until jump box charger attached then everything ok for long time. 43.2 mpg day in and day out. Generally driven 20 miles to town then around town and 20 miles home. Front brake pads replaced at about 40000. Rear still original. 69000 miles on odometer but towed additional 50,000. After eight years I LOVE my little car. Other car is Ford Escape. Great car but only 24 mpg. Understand new Escape can be had as hybrid. C-max useful as small “ pickup”

2016 Ford C-Max Hybrid review
The only problem is electrical. I never was told many things from dealership and also never received charging cable. I have 65000 miles and keep up regularly with maintenance. Code reads a fault code and now I have to pay for a diagnostic check. Why????

2017 Ford C-Max Hybrid review
This car is so cute! I actually picked it at the dealership by color from across the lot. When u took it for a test drive I was sold. I only travel like 12 miles round trip for work so gas lasted me forever. Literally a tank would last me about 2 months. I would forget to put gas in it until the little light would come on. This was also the first hatchback I had ever known, and even though I don't use the trunk a lot it was still a very convenient option!

2013 Ford C-Max Hybrid review
This 2013 c-max hybrid has absolutely stood the test of time , unexpectedly driving excessive miles daily for years without having any mechanical problems, we did replace worn tires and always kept up with the recommended sevice maintenance by Ford. I am really impressed by this lil car. Now being sold to continue driving a hybrid car. I defiantly would recommend the c-max.

2014 Ford C-Max Hybrid review
Ford has given the hybrid world a shot in the arm! The C-MAX is a stylish alternative to more established players like the Toyota Prius. The Ford C-Max Hybrid is powered by a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder hybrid engine, combined with a lithium-ion powered battery, that produces 188 hp and 129 lb-ft of torque. This means when you are accelerating from a stop or moving at highway speeds, the C-Max Hybrid feels zippy. It also smoothly transitions between gas and electric power. The C-Max Hybrid rides firmly but also feels smooth on most road surfaces. It has responsive steering, a composed ride, and strong brakes.
