High standards of customer service excellence

I recently brought my 2015 Escape to Sunnyside for a routine service and inspection. As usual, Dave and Shelby in the service department were able to make the appointment for the date and time that I requested. When I arrived they took care of me immediately, making sure that they addressed my concerns and needs regarding my vehicle. They started the service process and I waited for my vehicle to be serviced in the comfortable waiting area. Within an hour, Shelby came to inform me that the service was done, there were no problems or concerns and that I could check out. The check out process with Shelby was excellent and the cost for service was reasonable. I continue to business with Sunnyside because of the way they treat their customers and their excellent service. I trust them to make sure that my vehicle is serviced properly. Danny Harrington represents integrity, commitment to satisfying his customers and outstanding personal service before, during and after the sale. These days it's hard to find a dealer with these qualities. I like the personal rapport that Danny and his staff maintain with their customers. I commend them for their efforts. I am a very satisfied customer.
