Jorge, Mark & Jason were so great. Ted Britt Chevrolet has the best group of workers , when it comes to techs , service advisor (Jorge) , Service manager Mark & GM Jason. This group of gentlemen have helped me with any issue I have with out any hesitation. They are there to answer any questions or concerns that I have at any moment with out any hesitations. If something can?t be done they will guide me on the best route to take to make sure I am satisfied. Jorge in specific was there through out the whole process helping me out every step of the way. He would guide me step by step & even show me hands on on how to do a process. Impex Auto Sales review
Good cars, excellent variety, friendly staff. Pricing is "transparent and competitive", but allows little in negotiating. Overall, a good experience. Warranty covers 5 days and 300 miles. Based on that, I did not do a PPI other than my own walk around. Clutch slave gave out at 170 miles and 3 days. I had it towed at my expense ($258). The Sales team has worked to resolve this and I appreciate it (although not offering to pay for the tow). The Service team tried to blame me as being rough on the car. . .really? Right out of the gate you want to blame the customer. How about replacing the clutch fluid since there was no indication it has ever been done? Water and corrosion were likely. Then the service rep tried to tell me it worked fine when they (service) did the pre-sale inspection. Also told me clutches and associated components were't covered. Appears service and sales are separate entities that may not work well together? Can't say, but that's what I was told and there seems to be a disconnect. Either way, I expect to have the car back soon. I will update this response as needed. As of today, Sales is driving the solution and has done the right thing. Pending the resolution, I would buy here again.

Off Lease Motors review
