Used 2020 Ford Edge for sale near Orangetown, NY

Came in as walk in without an appointment, it was Anthony that met me at the door. Very punctual and understanding, he was very patient with me from beginning to end running all the numbers for us so I could get the best deal that suited me. Even when initially I left to get prices from other dealerships he was very understanding and encouraged me to see all my options. If not for his persistence and positive attitude I would not have bought a car at Riverdale. So a thank you to everyone that worked with him to help make this deal possible, I am satisfied in all aspects with my new car and I would come back again when I decide to upgrade in the future.

I love the size if the Edge. Big enough, but not too big. I can transport large items, such as furniture. The look is great. The interior is well finished. Enough compartments and gouges, but not overdone. I have the model that has what I think is called 'Vista View' which allows nearly the entire roof of the car to be uncovered from inside allowing a great view of the sky. It also opens which is great because I love fresh air and the feel of being outside. One of the two drawbacks I have found in approximately two years of ownership is that the transmission is not smooth at lower speeds - say under 35 or 40. Not really a problem- just a little annoying. I'm also wondering if the balkiness of the transmission now will cause any issues in later years. The second drawback for me is that the gear selector is a dial. Even after two years of using this gear selector, I have not grown uses to it. It is not at all intuitive; dials are for radios not gear shifts. I do like the car, and I'm happy I bought it. Just use this review as a heads up if you start looking seriously at an Edge.

Fares was a huge help in the car buying process and I cannot thank him enough for his great customer service. I bought the vehicle from him out- of-state, sight unseen and it is exactly as he described. What's even more impressive is that the car was delivered from New Jersey to Ohio exactly one week after I closed on the loan. Overall the experience was fantastic and I would definitely buy again from Bergen Car Company Inc.

The very best car I have ever owned! So many great reasons I like it there are too many to list! I would highly recommend this car for anyone to own! Truly a remarkable automobile. Ten times better than a Cadillac I owned!

So far, I love my Edge - 3 weeks owned. It is roomy and has leather, heated seats and knows how to parallel park which I haven't used yet. It seems to get good gas milage and ready to take it on a trip up north this weekend. We carry with us our "stuff" and two cats and they will have plenty of room to lounge as we drive when we put the seats down in the back. It was a good buying experience at Royal Oak Ford as I had to have a vehicle after my Ford Escape was totaled in a hit and run accident, I need a dependable vehicle that had plenty of room to haul food for Blessings In A Backpack. It was a good fit!

This is our 2nd time leasing a car from Kates Ford. Our saleswoman Danielle was great not pushy and very friendly. Me and my family had been customers of another Ford dealership in NJ for over 50 years but they dropped the ball.
