I purchased the titanium awd edge which came with 20 inch wheels and the ride was a bit rough. I had a 2016 with 18 inch wheels and it was very smooth. I found a set of 18 inch original ford wheels, purchased new tires and now it rides like a dream. It´s quiet, handles well, the interior is a bit dated, but has all the tech and safety I need. I compared the X3 and Q5, but the Edge had a lower price and was loaded. Not a single problem since I bought it, just regular service and one recall that was fixed while I waited at the dealer. I highly recommend it.

I absolutley love this car. I am a wildlife photographer so I do a lot of driving.... it is comfortable, the windows are huge and amazing. The comfort is like being at home in my comfy chair. It is quiet too.

I drove a 2022 Ford Edge SEL for 50 miles its not bad. The interior is decent not cheap feeling except the turn signal stalks infotainment is well layed out and front seats comfortable. The exterior is boring. It is a generic SUV and lights are bright, braking is generic Ford the ride can be a bit harsh the ecoboost 2.0t is fine they are fairly reliable if you simply keep up on changing the oil my ST with 2.0T has 330k on it. If the transmission is decent gets slightly confused in traffic, but other than that it's fine, overall, I would say it's definitely a vehicle.

The space needed for my family is optimal. The sound system is amazing, the touch screen has everything I need at my fingertips and drives like a dream.

Erica from Miller sales beat every dealers out the door price on a new truck and then told me she could beat my credit unions rate. She did by 2.5% and the manager gave me an extra 1000 off for financing through Ford AFTER I was approved at a lower rate. True sales lady that cuts through all the unwanted salesman tactics. Erica knows her job and is supported by an honest manager. Best car buying experience in 20 years and I buy a new vehicle every two years. Finding a service dept that is just as great was the icing on the cake. Mark had my truck prepped exactly as I asked when had my first service done. I bought my ford Edge ST in July of 2022 and to this day it has performed brilliantly the infotainment center is very user friendly with a A1 stereo system that is very soothing and pleasing to the ears ,the Navigation system is a little questionable at times however the Edge drive quality and handling is spot on the vehicle’s interior is comfortable and very spacious this is my very first Ford vehicle I’m impressed - Good job Ford

Great experience financing my first vehicle with this dealership and my sales rep Dylan Benton. He and the rest of the staff were very helpful and accommodating. They saw to it that I was being treated fairly and helped me get to the best deal I could get to.

I had my car in for an oil change and as I was walking around the showroom a salesman introduced himself to me and asked if he could help me. I told him no that I was just in for service. He understood and offered to answer any questions I may have. Well it turned out I did have a few questions about the Ford escape. Sam Huhn was great! He took almost an hour out of his day to answer all my questions and explain the difference in the model line even though I told him I wasn't in the market at the moment. When I was done with all my questions he smiled and gave me his card and told not to hesitate to call him if I had anymore questions. I was very impressed that he took the time to answer my questions even though I told him I wasn't in the market for a new car. This young man is a credit to the Kennedy organization and when the time comes to purchase a car he will definitely be my salesperson!!

Wayne was super helpful with showing me all different trucks I was looking at that could be in my budget. He let me sit in and test multiple different trims to see what had all the features that I wanted. The one truck I ended up buying was one that originally was out of my price range but between Wayne and his manager, I believe Dennis, helped me get the payment to where I wanted to be. I would recommend going here for any Ford vehicle! Super Helpful and friendly!

Overall, I had a good experience here. My sales rep, Miguel, was fantastic. He was very personable and accommodating. I came in with a specific car in mind that I found online. I was able to test drive it right away and bought the car that same day. My trade-in process was pretty seamless as well. I felt I got a fair price and they handled everything. I felt like they were a little unwilling to work with me on the price of the car that I was buying as well as some of the add-ons and other fees. But what can you do? My one complaint would be about the manager that was working that day. I could overhear them discussing my situation with the trade-in and my requests for negotiation, and it was quite disrespectful not just to me, but to the sales rep as well. If I was working directly with that individual, I would not have bought the car. I am not lowering my review because as I said, I thought my rep was fantastic, but I will remember that the next time I want to buy a car.

I went to many other car dealers, but this was the best experience. Steve was so professional on the phone and in person. The nicest and most professional to deal with. Manager Mark was very professional and treated us with great respect as customer. I would recommend them to everyone. Please stop by at least once, if you are looking for good car buying experience.
