I absolutley love this car. I am a wildlife photographer so I do a lot of driving.... it is comfortable, the windows are huge and amazing. The comfort is like being at home in my comfy chair. It is quiet too.

I completed my deal in less then 2 hours , gave me good money for my trade and a deal on the new one.

I drove a 2022 Ford Edge SEL for 50 miles its not bad. The interior is decent not cheap feeling except the turn signal stalks infotainment is well layed out and front seats comfortable. The exterior is boring. It is a generic SUV and lights are bright, braking is generic Ford the ride can be a bit harsh the ecoboost 2.0t is fine they are fairly reliable if you simply keep up on changing the oil my ST with 2.0T has 330k on it. If the transmission is decent gets slightly confused in traffic, but other than that it's fine, overall, I would say it's definitely a vehicle.

The space needed for my family is optimal. The sound system is amazing, the touch screen has everything I need at my fingertips and drives like a dream.

I bought my ford Edge ST in July of 2022 and to this day it has performed brilliantly the infotainment center is very user friendly with a A1 stereo system that is very soothing and pleasing to the ears ,the Navigation system is a little questionable at times however the Edge drive quality and handling is spot on the vehicle’s interior is comfortable and very spacious this is my very first Ford vehicle I’m impressed - Good job Ford

I was very pleased with my experience. I started at CarMax to "try on" several cars from several manufacturers. The salesman (Jack) was happy to oblige, despite it being cold and rainy. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Communicated with John Leno from the Schaumburg facility online. John understood my needs and responded quickly with Jeeps to review - after a bit of humming and hawing on my part, I changed my mind to trucks. I found a truck at another facility, John had it tranferred and within 2 days my soon to be truck arrived - and it is a beauty. John was training Matt and they both demonstrated immense knowledge throughout the interaction and I appreciated the ease of communication (not pushy). I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. From walking in the front door, to having John take my picture of me and my truck with a giant yellow ribbon... every individual at Carmax truly made the buying and trading experience a wonderful experience. Team Schaumburg, keep up the great work, each of you understand the true meaning of Customer Service, and that is important to some customers like me who still cherish old school values.

We really appreciated how dedicated the staff at Huntley Ford were. We spoke on the phone and visited to check out a few vehicles with Daniel. He was very patient and wonderful to work with. Although we didn't purchase a car during our visit, we would recommend that anyone visits the dealer for a great experience.

Yesterday I purchased a car by phone for the first time. As a senior citizen I sold my car on the 9th of March thinking I would get totally travel by taxi or Uber or Lyft but I under estimated the value of getting up and going when you like.
