I have been to Peach State Ford Cedartown for service on my 2016 Escape previously. Terry and TJ in Service have always been polite and knowledgeable in explaining the issue. This last visit was to buy a new vehicle after my 2016 was totaled. Once I found my new Escape with the help of Chaz Bowles, everything was expedited to complete the process. Including arrangements to get my rental returned so I could drive away in my 2024 Escape. Long road trips are un eventful and tires last forever. Loading space in the rear is flat easy and lots of space. Good visibility and safe.

I purchased the titanium awd edge which came with 20 inch
I purchased the titanium awd edge which came with 20 inch wheels and the ride was a bit rough. I had a 2016 with 18 inch wheels and it was very smooth. I found a set of 18 inch original ford wheels, purchased new tires and now it rides like a dream. It´s quiet, handles well, the interior is a bit dated, but has all the tech and safety I need. I compared the X3 and Q5, but the Edge had a lower price and was loaded. Not a single problem since I bought it, just regular service and one recall that was fixed while I waited at the dealer. I highly recommend it.
