From the first call being greeted by a friendly receptionist, to the multiple sales people that helped me with my deal, to the finance department, it was top notch. I bought 2015 used and am impressed with my edge. I had an explorer before the edge that was totaled in a crash. The explorer was a very safe vehicle to be in when unfortunately totaled and with the edge being the little sister I feel safe and secure almost. Just uneasy because of recalls.
